What problems is Routific solving and how is that benefiting you?

I operate a unique dog hiking business with a rather unconventional setup. Each day, my team of 5 members begins their shifts from home, picking up 6 dogs each. They go on a 1.5-hour off-leash hike with these dogs, drop them off back home after that, at the same time that theypick up another set of dogs for another 1.5-hour hike. Finally, they return the dogs and head back home themselves.

This operation, involving all 5 team members, entails approximately 120 stops daily over 8 hours. It demands highly reliable software because efficient routing and accurate scheduling are crucial. This isn't just about preventing financial losses due to inefficiencies; it's also about providing clients with real-time ETA updates—a game-changer for customer satisfaction. We no longer receive constant calls from our almost 400 clients every few minutes asking about our arrival time. Instead, they're often waiting at their homes with their dogs, ready for the hike—resulting in happier clients, saved pickup time, and minimized distractions.

Thanks to the flexibility of the system, I've managed to streamline the process by integrating pickup and drop-off times and adding 1.5-hour stops in the middle. Now, I export bookings from SimplyBook, make minor adjustments (like aligning SimplyBook and Routific times), and import them into Routific. The software then optimizes the entire route for our 5-person team, ensuring all dogs are efficiently transported to and from their designated locations and with the correct dog hiker. It's undoubtedly the best decision I've made, especially after struggling with other less effective software solutions.

What do you like best about Routific?

"Routific is Terrific"

What do you like best about Routific?

It is easy to use, especially for staff who are not particularly tech-savvy. It was also very easy to learn. The map display, driver integration and import/export all provide efficiency of operation. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Routific?

I didn't find any downsides. We collect items from client properties rather than make deliveries. I tried multiple routing software solutions before finding Routific and then was very happy that I found a solution that did everything we needed. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Routific solving and how is that benefiting you?

As a non-profit, we collect deposit containers from supporter homes and businesses on a very fluid, semi-regular basis. Routific provides efficient routes for collections and allows us to easily change the routes as supporters indicate they need a pickup or wish to cancel a scheduled collection. "Best Routing Platform I've ever used"

What do you like best about Routific?

I like that I can run a report from within my ERP and upload directly to Routific, which then intuitively creates a days worth of deliveries in less than 5 minutes. Previously a days worth of deliveries would take me one working day to manually sort through and try to efficiently plan my drivers routes (combination of local knowledge and using google maps).

Routific has more benefits than just being able to plan delivery routes; my business are trialling the benefits of using Routific to plan and schedule window and door installers along with service and maintenance works, which is showing some positive results and producing some cost savings.

The team at Routific, including founder Suzanne, have been super supportive and have offered up there time to personally call and discuss my needs, requirements and any additional features I would like to see in the new Routific.

I can't recommend Routific enough for it's ease of use, user friendly GUI and ultimately, the cost savings it has already produced for my company. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Routific?

If there was one thing I would rate down with Routific; it would be that the new Routific reoptimizes routes when new orders are scheduled. That is the only thing I have. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Easy to use router planning software"

What do you like best about Routific?

- Ease of use

- SMS updates for customers

- Automatic route planning

- Update possible after route has been dispatched

What do you dislike about Routific?

- It's harder to automatically optimize the route, because we have to take into account the number of items that fit in our van. This is not easy thing to automize via the Routific. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Routific solving and how is that benefiting you?

With Routific, I'm able to plan the next day's route with all the timelines. This also benefits our customers because they will also get a sms about the delivery time.

If the planned time isn't convenient for them, they can still respond to us. We can replan the route. In the end, I'm reassured that the customer is at home when I drive by, because they have received a message upfront. All in all, Routific increases the confidence for both parties. "Easy to use and fully featured product"

What do you like best about Routific?

Our nonprofit organization has been using Routific for the past few years to regularly deliver food packages to families in need. Each dispatch, we need to manage 100+ delivery recipients as well as dozens of drivers. Planning the delivery routes manually would be challenging, but thanks to Routific we are able to create efficient routes very quickly.

Inputting driver and stop information is simple, as it can be imported from spreadsheets. In addition, we have used the API features to integrate Routific with our internal spreadsheets and automate our dispatch process even further. Routific also automatically validates address data and highlights possible errors, which is very helpful as our data can sometimes be quite messy.

The driver app is also easy to use, and we have received positive feedback from our drivers. The integration with mapping apps helps them navigate their routes, and we are also able to track their delivery success and performance afterwards to identify any areas for improvement. "Excellent Software as well as Customer Service!!!"

What do you like best about Routific?

Not only has Routific been beneficial to us as a route optimization software (very easy to pick up on), but also very useful as a tool that stores information about our Customers and their specific info that is essential for our drivers to know. Customer notifications are an excellent feature that helps customers stay updated on their orders without the need to contact us to update them about their orders. We also love the Delivery Tracking Link feature included in the Customer Notifications, as it helps our customers visualize where their order is.

Anytime we've had to reach out to Routific for help or suggestions, they’ve always treated us with the utmost respect and provided excellent feedback and service in a very timely manner. Truly one of the best customer service experiences we have ever had.

As a developer, I appreciate Routific having APIs to access whenever our company is ready to create its own platform and interconnect it with Routific's when the time is right.
