What do you like best about Route4Me?

We have been using Route4me since 2014 on a very basic level. We are a very small company with only one truck on the road multiple times a week, but the advantage of Route4me is without a doubt vital to our business. We were recently required to migrate off a discontinued lower-cost plan, but in doing so, we were very happy we did. We didn't realize how many functions we were missing out on. The customer service and training staff are great, and take the time to make sure you can utilize all aspects of the platform. Long and short, I would recommend the platform to anyone who deals with delivery routes and all the logistics that go along with it. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Route4Me solving and how is that benefiting you?

Before Route4me an experienced dispatcher needed to have a map and the knowledge to set up a route to be planned with no way of tracking our vehicle or alerting our customers. With Route4me this has been made extremely easy, anyone can enter the address into the platform, and Route4me does all the work, including tracking the progress and alerting our customers. If you are a busy independent adjuster this is a no brainer, even if you increase your work load by 1 claim because of the mapping it is worth it. I have been a user for 5 years and before that I would have 5 google maps up and then try and make master route listed. I don't know how many times I was in the same area the following day because I couldn't fit everything on the map. What problems is Route4Me solving and how is that benefiting you?

Often times when you mark a stop as done it will unmark it as done almost immediately. I would like it to notify me, also, when I punch in an address like 2000km away from my 82 other addresses.

Quite often the route it calculates for me isn't the best (will have you drive all around town and come back to spots you've already been because some stops were accross the street from others, or around opposite corners). Ive been using the maps instead of stop numbers. Now if you go to a later stop before its time, it will mark the other stops as done which is pretty annoying because you have to undo the mark as done for each one you "skipped " . I'm a courrier so if I deliver package no92 at the beginning of my route, that's a lot of unnecessary clicks. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I love the ability to import excel spreadsheets with addresses and customer names and optimize them with one click. It saves us hours of time-making maps for our drivers every day, and instead, we just integrate it with our ticket generation software. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Route4Me?

I think the part I dislike the most are the constant notifications that pop up on your mobile device once an edit has been done to the map. My drivers sometime complain that they have to spend a couple of minutes just clearing the notifications if I make any changes to their map while they're on the field. What problems is Route4Me solving and how is that benefiting you?

We are saving a ton of time in map and route planning now. Before Route4Me, we were using BingMaps and manually entering in all the addresses for the day and then printing it out for our drivers. Now we just gave everyone a tablet and export the excel spreadsheet for each driver at the beginning of the day and boom we're good to go. The spreadsheet import function is worth the pricetag alone.
