Route Impact exists to make FedEx Ground operations more profitable. Your AI staff finds the profit: in the contract you sign, the routes you run, the drivers you pay, the trucks you keep and the books you close. We're operators too, and margins in this business are too tight to run the way they used to be run. You're not buying software. You're hiring an AI staff: - Your AI contract analyst models each contract offer before you sign. - Your AI settlement auditor checks every weekly settlement against your rate card and flags anything for your review. - Your AI payroll analyst weighs driver pay against what each route earns. - Your AI fleet manager prices the replacement before the breakdown. - Your AI bookkeeper reviews every card swipe and keeps the scoreboard. - Your AI Chief of Staff answers questions across all of it, grounded in your own documents, and the staff sends a weekly report every Monday. Built for independent service providers who hold FedEx Ground contracts. Route Impact is an independent product and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by FedEx.
