Working with a team that uses route right now. They have been easy to work with, we onboarded them quickly and seamlessly, and they are taking care of our customers for us on the "boring FedEx mess ups" so that we can be on the phone with customers and helping them with other things. I don't have too much visibility into it, but it's not really their fault as they have plenty of visibility on their dashboard. I just don't think to go look at it. Less customers are reaching out to us about shipping protection and damaged packages which is freeing up our reps to focus on more important things with the customers.
