**What do you like best about Roundtable Learning?**

Their pleasant demeanor even when things were hairy

**What do you dislike about Roundtable Learning?**

The quality control was not very good. I had to babysit the project each step of the way and do a lot of extra work to make sure it met my company's standards. For example, the quality of the scripts they sent for review was so poor I completely rewrote them. I spent a lot more time than planned on this because there were constant errors in what they sent back for review.

**What problems is Roundtable Learning solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We needed a way to train clients on our product (before this, trainings were done in person). Now we have greatly increased our bandwidth and can onboard many more clients than before.
