**Describe the project or task RoundRobin helped with:**

RoundRobin is a fantastic Zendesk integration that allows you to dictate how tickets are distributed on your team. This helps significantly reduce cherry pickers and fairly spreads the load.

**What do you like best about RoundRobin?**

There's a free version and a paid version, depending on what you want to do. But it helps overall team efficiency!

**What do you dislike about RoundRobin?**

It can be a lot to figure out how to configure it accordingly. There's a lot of bugs, but there are workarounds!

**What problems is RoundRobin solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It has improved efficiency by easily delegating the load of incoming inquiries and offers a unique way to spread them out on your team depending on what their skillset is.
