An effective way to keep track of your employees **Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars **Reviewed by:** Verified User in Education Management | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.) **Reviewed Date:** November 18, 2021 **What do you like best about Rotaready?** This is an online program you can access from anywhere to keep track of your employees work schedule, absences, tardiness, etc. The customer service is a plus as you call with questions, they are always happy to advise. Our employees especially liked seeing upcoming days off as well as their vacation accurals. **What do you dislike about Rotaready?** I wish they could add some new features as the selection is limited. However when you call customer service, they always take the time to listen to suggestions. Hopefully we can see more features added in the upcoming months. **What problems is Rotaready solving and how is that benefiting you?** The software is straightforward to use - both from the manager's perspective and from the side of our employees. We love the visibility it provides for us.
