Its offline-ready billing system ensures transactions continue during internet outages by caching data locally and syncing orders later. Using a multi-tenant architecture, each restaurant gets an isolated database and branded subdomain. Available in Bengali and English, features include kitchen and customer display systems, menu management, reservations, and table tracking. Inventory tools cover tracking, supplier management, and food cost monitoring. CRM features include customer profiles, feedback collection, and loyalty programs. Payment options support bKash, Nagad, cash, and cards. Staff management offers role-based permissions, scheduling, and payroll. Rider management enables delivery tracking and order assignments.
