Rosterna is a Saudi-first, bilingual Arabic + English staff scheduling and rostering platform built specifically for shift-based businesses in Saudi Arabia and the GCC. It auto-generates monthly rosters in seconds, balances fairness across nights and weekends, detects and repairs coverage gaps, enforces Saudi Labour Law rest and overtime rules, and lets staff swap shifts with manager approval — all in full RTL Arabic or English. Every schedule is instantly accessible on every phone with no app install required. Rosterna is hosted in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, ensuring full PDPL data residency. Ideal for F&B, retail, healthcare, and security teams from 5 to 500+ staff.
