It picks up every inbound inquiry the moment it lands, on any channel, and carries it through to a booked appointment. Every inquiry is answered within seconds across web forms, email, SMS, WhatsApp and Instagram, and missed calls are followed up automatically by text. Each lead is scored against the business's own definition of a good lead, then routed to booking, escalated to a person, or dispositioned. Qualified leads are offered live availability and booked straight into the calendar. Appointments are confirmed, reminded and rescheduled automatically, with no-shows recovered and freed slots backfilled from a priority-ordered waiting list. Cold leads and past customers are re-engaged on a cadence until they act. Every step is mirrored into the client's CRM, which stays canonical. Closed-loop attribution is available as a paid add-on for businesses running paid search. The outcome of each inquiry is matched back to the ad click that produced it and delivered to the client's media team, so bidding moves toward qualified leads rather than form fills. Rosebud Solutions operates the platform on the client's behalf. It stops at the booking; the client's team closes.
