Missing Key EU Features, Performance sometimes too slow, and Pricing Feels Too High **Rating:** 2.0/5.0 stars **Reviewed by:** Jelle P. | Assistant Manager, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.) **Reviewed Date:** July 08, 2026 **What do you like best about Rootstock Cloud ERP?** Ability to maintain without external parties for most of the day-to-day requests. Reporting functionalities are quite user friendly and extended. **What do you dislike about Rootstock Cloud ERP?** Functionalities that are common in Europe are not available (e.g. bank book, posting directly on AP subledger, settlement function of balance sheet accounts). Performance is sometimes too slow (loading screens takes too long). Pricing is in relation to offered functionalities too high. Date and currency settings are by default from US perspective and sometimes confusing (FX format inverse vs normal, dates mixed up US vs European annotation). **What problems is Rootstock Cloud ERP solving and how is that benefiting you?** Integration between CRM and ERP data is seamless. Lots of work to do everything **Rating:** 1.5/5.0 stars **Reviewed by:** Verified User in Wholesale | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.) **Reviewed Date:** November 01, 2017 **What do you like best about Rootstock Cloud ERP?** Nothing. I think it's better for our production team, however the front office has a lot of trouble doing almost everything we need to do. **What do you dislike about Rootstock Cloud ERP?** Can't modify or customize the forms, packing slips, sales order acknowledgements or invoices unless you are an apex wizard. Can't write a custom email when emailing acknowledgements to customers or invoicing. Reports are difficult to generate. Lots of clicking involved when entering customer orders. For example, looking at customer terms, changing the ship to address, always clicking save so no information is lost. Can't track where an order is in production. Difficult to enter in orders that have custom features. If running a report on multiple orders and BOM's are not created for certain items, it's difficult to run a report to see what items need BOM's and what items do not. The size of the font on the Work Order Travelers is WAY too small. **Recommendations to others considering Rootstock Cloud ERP:** Consider other options if your company relives heavily on providing an exceptional customer experience when ordering your product. Rootstock is beneficial for tracking your raw material requirements, however you cannot personalize anything that you send directly to your customers from Rootstock. **What problems is Rootstock Cloud ERP solving and how is that benefiting you?** I think production has realized the benefits of Rootstock.
