Roots HCM software was very helpful for HR Professionals. Roots HCM features include Applicant Tracking, Employee Database, Employee Profile, payroll management, Time and Attendance.

**What do you dislike about Roots HCM?**

The disalike was this Roots HCM software has very slow performance sometimes. The screen was getting freezed. If they resolve this issue then it will become more popular among all companies.

**What problems is Roots HCM solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The best thing is Roots HCM software supported in Saas, ipad, iphone, Android. The Trainings are also available in Documentation and Live chat. It was supported in Bussiness Hours via online.
