Rootpal provides web hosting for several of our news sites. We chose them because they use Plesk. Other than that, they are similar to other hosting companies. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com. What do you dislike about Rootpal? Customer service is not good. Tickets will be open for days without a response. However, they are a new hosting company, so hopefully support will get better. There have also been server outages. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
