Most landscaping and property-maintenance companies run their business out of four or five tools that don't talk to each other: a CRM for leads, a separate app for scheduling, a spreadsheet for lawn treatment records, and QuickBooks for the money. RootControl puts all of it in one place. Quote a job from a photo instead of measuring everything by hand, then hand it off to a crew schedule that holds jobs automatically when a storm's coming. Lawn treatment records lock to the weather they were applied in, so a chemical-application audit isn't a scramble through old texts and paper tickets. When a storm actually hits, snow crews get dispatched off real NWS data, and every push, inch, and seasonal contract gets billed the way it was actually sold. Customers get a portal with no login required, where they can see service history, sign off on work, and pay an invoice without calling the office. Invoicing itself syncs both ways with QuickBooks, so nothing gets typed in twice. RootControl is built for landscape contractors and property-maintenance operators across the US and Canada, from a two-truck solo operation up to a multi-branch company running separate P&Ls per location.
