RooReach is the AI CRM and Agentic Commerce platform built for tours, activities, charters, and attractions. It connects to your booking system so every guest record, enquiry, and departure stays in one place. RooReach extends your booking system into an end-to-end customer experience multi-channel communications system. It enhances the guest experience, centralises channels (voice, SMS, WhatsApp, social media, email, chat, and AI), fills empty seats, and aims to help every activity reach sold-out status. Works beside Rezdy and other booking systems. Not another booking platform. As AI agents, assistants, and LLMs embrace Agentic Commerce, phase-two RooReach is the operating rail that extends your booking system into those AI systems with real-time inventory, increasing experience visibility and bookings through this new sales channel. Campaign promise: reach further than your booking system ever could. Built for experience companies with 5+ staff. Rezdy connects today. Not a booking system replacement. A partner that sits beside it.
