Regarding your concerns, we recently introduced the ability to mark rooms directly on the map. Once set up by your administrator, this should improve clarity. For the issue of reservation removal, please note that it is only possible from a tablet, which limits our control. It’s important to rely on mutual respect among users in this regard. However, from the application level, only the host or administrator can remove reservations. You can check the history in the reports to see what happened with your reservation.
