What do you like best about Roomzilla?

Roomzilla makes it possible too cooperate with large number of people to effectively use of shared resources such as meeting rooms/phone booths etc in the coworking environment with tens of tenants and hundreds of workers. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Roomzilla?

It would be nice to be able to arrange groups of resources individually e.g. have my preferred floor come first in the list, have "starred" resources I use most often or otherwise decrease amount of scrolling to find what is needed. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Roomzilla?

Roomzilla has a very clean interface that makes it easy to manage room reservations. I can easily see my own reservations and what is currently available. It also updates quickly. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Regarding the notification emails about reservations, you can manage your notification preferences by accessing your profile section (top right corner when logged into Roomzilla). This allows you to tailor your email notifications according to your preference.

Nothing much is disliked. I think it would have been helpful to get more options such as duration of waiting time for checking in before auto cancellation - of course with limit so that it is not misuded. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Roomzilla?

Just as good and flexible to book ahead of time and guarantee your room or last minute find somewhere to take an unplanned meeting. Great connection to interactive iPads on the room so that system is useful even without every going on the portal. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Roomzilla?

Not directly a Roomzilla issue, but sometimes hard to understand how well equiped or insulated rooms are in a big coworking space, as well as if there are any active issues (like broken video conferencing system). Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Roomzilla?

It's a very clear, easy-to-use system that saves time and stress. I can quickly book a private meeting space that fits my needs/preferences at that particular time, which helps me stay productive and focused (since I'm not having to wander the halls seeking out a secluded spot for a call and stressing about not finding the setup I need). What do you dislike about Roomzilla?

It feels a little glitchy sometimes, and it's not as easy to change a reservation once made as I'd ideally like it to be. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Roomzilla?

The UI is great, but it needs a it more of flair to it for much easier navigation, and I wish you were able to check into a room when booking it. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Roomzilla?

Roomzilla is quick and intuitive to use. After a couple of years of use, I've never run into any conflicts with other room-users or other issues. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Roomzilla?

I think this may be more on the implementation side, but it would be helpful to have a countdown timer in each conference room to be able to see how much time is left. While one can of course do this in GCal or other apps, it would be great on an in-room display (and might encourage certain meeting participants to hurry up!).
