Roomzilla simplifies the process of finding and booking available meeting rooms. I appreciate how the software clearly displays, on an iPad in the room, how much time remains in your reservation and whether someone has booked the room after you. This feature is especially helpful because it lets you know if you need to finish exactly on time, which helps prevent conflicts when reservations are scheduled back-to-back. You can also extend your time with one tap, and the new duration is automatically updated for everyone else looking for a room. Roomzilla did offer an Amazon gift card for completing this review. Since there isn't a dedicated app, you have to use the mobile website, which can be quite frustrating. In our coworking space, the main problem has been people overstaying their room reservations or occupying open rooms without booking them. Roomzilla addresses this by clearly displaying, from inside the room, when a reservation is about to start. It also allows users to book the room directly from the iPad inside if it's available. Roomzilla has significantly improved our office space management with its intuitive visual floor plan interface. The real-time availability updates are incredibly helpful - I can quickly see which conference rooms are free without having to check multiple calendars. The booking process is seamless, taking just a few clicks to reserve a space. The integration with our existing calendar system works flawlessly, and I appreciate how it automatically sends meeting invites and reminders. The mobile app is also well-designed, allowing me to book rooms on the go or make last-minute changes. Roomzilla has solved several critical workplace challenges that were causing daily friction in our office environment. Roomzilla's real-time synchronization has completely eliminated these conflicts, giving us confidence that our booked rooms will actually be available. It has a user friendly interface, and can be booked online through the web app and also local reservation. I am able to see what is available in advance and find a room based off of the number of clients or teammates attending meetings. The online interface shows me what each room looks like and how many folks fit in the room.
