Roomtray is a room service ordering system for small and mid-size hotels, guesthouses and aparthotels. Each room gets its own QR code. A guest scans it and opens the hotel's menu on their phone in their own language (26 languages, with automatic translation), then orders food, drinks or housekeeping requests in a few taps, without an app or an account. New orders appear on an order board for the kitchen or reception and in Telegram, with buttons to accept and update the status. Every confirmed order is added to the room bill and paid at check-out. Hotels can verify that the guest really stays in the room, mark the 14 EU allergens, pause sold-out dishes, take orders for a later time and see which dishes guests look at most. Free for hotels with up to 15 rooms. Pro covers up to 200 rooms for 19 EUR a month. No commission on orders.
