The area tool is not intuitive and does not integrate well with walls. I really dislike that it is limited to 1 floor only when viewed as an external model. Every CAD tool has a learning curve. I found Roomsketcher to be very easy to learn and the online resources help solve most questions/issues I had. A had a couple of questions I needed help with and the Roomsketcher customer team did an excellent job resolving those questions. it is an amazing program: In less than a week I am now able to create a 3d floor plans and to create super amazing renderings. The customer support is very helpful and you can enter in contact with them by emails if you need to solve a problem while creating a project. They are super reactive!
