Roomcaster is a digital media classroom programming platform. It gets video and images onto every screen in a building — classrooms, lobbies, hallways, welcome centers — from one web dashboard, with no cables to run and no USB drives to carry from room to room. The model is broadcast channels. You upload media once to a central Media Library, group it into Programs (reusable sequences of videos and images), and publish those Programs to Channels. Each Screen tunes to a Channel. A volunteer turns on the TV, opens the Roomcaster app, and presses play — the right content is already loaded, because it was scheduled days in advance from the dashboard. Each screen runs on an ordinary streaming device. Roomcaster has native TV apps for Apple TV, Roku, and Google TV / Android TV, all free from their respective app stores. Roku and Google TV sticks start around $15–35, and many smart TVs have one of these platforms built in already. If you already own Apple TVs, Roomcaster runs on them natively — activate each device once and it becomes a managed room display. What you can do with it: - Channels — organize content by room, ministry, grade level, or audience - Programs and scheduling — build reusable playlists and schedule them days or weeks ahead - Media Library — upload once, reuse across any number of channels - Magic Sync — synchronized playback across multiple screens over your existing WiFi, with no splitters, matrix switchers, or HDMI runs between rooms - Presenter Mode — drive a screen live when someone needs to control it in the moment - Screen management — see which displays are online and what each one is playing Pricing is flat per organization rather than per screen. Plans run from free to $149 per month and cover every display you run, so adding rooms doesn't multiply the bill — the usual failure point for per-screen tools once a building has more than a handful of TVs. Roomcaster is built for churches first: kids ministry, youth rooms, Pre-K and elementary curriculum video, lobby announcements, and welcome centers. K-12 schools and corporate training rooms use it the same way. Announcement loops and lobby signage are one common use case, but the platform is built for the broader job of programming different content to different rooms, for different audiences, at the same time. It was designed around volunteers. There is nothing to configure in the room and no training required — device setup is a one-time job for an administrator, and everything after that happens from a browser. Roomcaster is a product of Tunic Labs Inc.
