Roomanos Hub is a dispatcher and fleet-management platform that aggregates delivery orders across multiple platforms into a single restaurant-and-courier operations layer. Built for multi-channel restaurant operators and dark kitchens. Key capabilities: - Fleet management: Assignment recommendations are driven by distance, current load, and average courier speed. Dispatchers approve with a single tap or assign manually. - Platform aggregation: Yemeksepeti, Getir, Trendyol Yemek, and Migros orders flow into a unified inbox; per-channel breakdowns are reported automatically. - OCR fallback: When official API access is unavailable, an OCR layer reads orders directly from each platform's app — the operation continues without disruption. - AI-assisted assignment: A model learning from historical data optimizes order–courier–customer matching to minimize wasted delivery time. - Payment-flow tracking: Card, cash, and online payments are marked at delivery; month-end reconciliation closes with no manual maths. - Performance analytics: Prep time, delivery time, cancellation rate, and per-courier performance measured with transparent metrics. - Automated invoicing: Monthly commission and payment-method breakdown are generated per restaurant; reconciliation arrives report-ready. Integrates with Roomanos Kitchen (restaurant prep status), Roomanos GO (courier work orders), Roomanos Suite (hotel room-service distribution), and major Turkish delivery platforms. Part of the Roomanos ecosystem for hospitality and food-service operations. Currently in beta with pre-orders open.
