The initial setup was good, and Tim Comisky has been a huge help any time there's been a question or concern. I'm also very likely to recommend RoofScope to a friend or colleague. **What do you dislike about RoofScope?** I don't like the length of time on receiving some of these projects, which has been longer than I would like. **What problems is RoofScope solving and how is that benefiting you?** RoofScope provides measurements that no other company can, allowing me to do my job accurately. ### 2. You can view existing orders, and I’ve been told they’re working on adding ordering functionality soon. **What problems is RoofScope solving and how is that benefiting you?** RoofScope eliminates the need for manual measurements and site visits before quoting. Roofscope consistently delivers clean and precise measurements even when the house is surrounded by trees. We are also able to simply text an address at any time to place an order which is a huge time saver for our team. It’s convenient, accurate, and backed by real people who answer the phone when I call. **What do you dislike about RoofScope?** The mobile app is useful for viewing my reports, but it would be better if we could place orders directly from it. **What problems is RoofScope solving and how is that benefiting you?** The main thing they are solving for me is saving me money.
