It’s ease of use and access to live support. Roofr is a user friendly web based CRM platform that allows users to enter in almost all key information about clients. Based on the roofing industry standards for file management and automation, Roofr allows you to cater the fields to how you run your business. When I’ve had a hiccup, the support AI has been able to help most of my problems, and if not, the technical team has been very responsive and helpful. We feel that Roofr is meeting all of our needs, and the ones that aren’t met yet, are in Beta or on the horizon for future rollouts. We also like that you can have unlimited users for all the same price. Some of the features we haven’t used yet are the Instant Estimator, and we look forward to utilizing that very soon.
