After 12 years running a roofing company in the Midwest — residential, commercial, and storm restoration — I launched Roofing Software Guide to solve a problem I kept running into: there was no trustworthy, independent source for roofing software reviews. Every comparison article was either vendor-published or written by someone who'd never managed a crew, chased a supplement, or priced a 40-square tear-off. Contractors deserved better information. Roofing Software Guide is the only review site built exclusively for roofing contractors evaluating software. We rate every product using our proprietary RSG Score — a weighted system that evaluates ease of use, features, pricing value, support quality, and roofing-specific capabilities. We don't accept payment for scores or placement. We pick winners. We publish our methodology. And we review every score on a 90-day cycle because software changes fast.
