ROMAX CRM is a WhatsApp-first CRM for small and mid-sized businesses in Latin America. Built on Meta's official WhatsApp Business API, it brings every customer conversation into one shared inbox, where an AI agent can answer questions, qualify leads, and book appointments on its own — handing off to a human the moment one is needed. Beyond messaging, it handles contacts, sales pipeline, scheduling with video meetings, template campaigns, and a voice agent that takes calls. Businesses can also connect their own systems through its API to send approved WhatsApp notifications — invoices, reminders, statements — straight from the software they already use
