**What do you dislike about AdRoll ABM (Formerly RollWorks)?**

At the moment, I don’t have any complaints about AdRoll.

**What problems is AdRoll ABM (Formerly RollWorks) solving and how is that benefiting you?**

AdRoll has helped us reach our prospects and connect with them where they are, keeping our brand in front of them.

  ### 2. Outstanding Support and Seamless CRM Integration

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Veronica D. | Senior Manager, Demand Generation, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** November 05, 2025

**What do you like best about AdRoll ABM (Formerly RollWorks)?**

Customer service is a 10/10. Our CSM is always coming up with new ways to educate me on the data, the platform and enablement is their love language. The overall information and integrations within our CRM has been supremely helpful with segmentation and follow up from our SDR team. The information is easy to put together and even easier to use to provide context around engaged accounts.

**What do you dislike about AdRoll ABM (Formerly RollWorks)?**

I wish the ad platform and audience segmentation was a little easier to use when building.

**What problems is AdRoll ABM (Formerly RollWorks) solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It provides us with intent data as well as helping us get the message out overall.

  ### 3. An ABM platform that works

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Vinh P. | Senior Demand Generation Manager, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 28, 2022

**What do you like best about AdRoll ABM (Formerly RollWorks)?**

Amazing set of features and integration that caters to any ABM strategies that you could think of.
The customer success team is world-class.

Update 12.08.22: I love how they keep rolling out new features that allow us to continue optimizing and leveling up our ABM efforts. The latest feature that I really like is the Keyword Intent which we have been leveraging to prospecting accounts that are doing research on our competition (aka. bottom of the funnel prospects)

The CSM team that I work with (Victoria and Shelby) somehow surpasses my expectation of every interaction I have with them. Truly world-class.

Update 09.30.25:Three years and two jobs later, and AdRoll ABM is still my go-to channel for ABM. Why? Because it just works. The platform has only gotten better — now with CTV, better UI, and a slick command center that surfaces opportunities I would’ve missed. HubSpot integration? Seamless. Building contact and account lists? As easy as it gets. And their CSM team is world-class (shout out to Simona, who always backs me up on whatever wild idea I toss her way). Yes, they’ve got AI too — still early days, but I’m excited to see where they take it next.

**What do you dislike about AdRoll ABM (Formerly RollWorks)?**

Integration with Hubspot isn't as strong as Hubspot but they are rolling out new features to catch up with that quickly.

Update 12.08.22: With the latest update, Hubspot integration is now as strong as Salesforce which is amazing given they only focus on making Hubspot integration better recently.

Update 09.30.25: Contact level reporting still needs some work. I would love to be able to report on identified contact on their activities etc in either the command center or in our CRM

**What problems is AdRoll ABM (Formerly RollWorks) solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Target very specific ICP and able to customize our campaigns based on prospect journey stage dynamically and automatically.

**Official Response from Kayleigh Magistre:**

> Vinh, thank you so much for your thoughtful review! We're thrilled to hear how AdRoll ABM continues to meet your expectations, and that new features like CTV and our improved HubSpot integration are adding value to your ABM strategy. It's especially rewarding to see your kind words about the dedicated CSM team you work with--we're committed to delivering not just a powerful ABM platform for our customers, but also a partnership you can truly depend on.

Your feedback on contact-level reporting is deeply appreciated. Insights like yours help us prioritize the right improvements and better serve the needs of our customers. Thank you again for your gracious review and continued support!

  ### 4. Great Way to Get Started with ABM

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Emily H. | Sr. Demand Generation Manager, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** November 13, 2025

**What do you like best about AdRoll ABM (Formerly RollWorks)?**

The user interface, particularly for setting up ad campaigns and understanding engagement at both the account and contact level, is very intuitive. The support team and our account rep are all very responsive, knowledgeable, and helpful.

**What do you dislike about AdRoll ABM (Formerly RollWorks)?**

We can't create keyword groups, which is challenging as we serve 3 very distinct industries. Some of the intent spike data seems a little opaque.

**What problems is AdRoll ABM (Formerly RollWorks) solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We were using a different ABM platform before, and AdRoll ABM provides a much clearer picture of account- and contact-level engagement, and an easier UI overall.

  ### 5. Intuitive Platform with Easy Setup, But ROI Hard to Prove

**Rating:** 3.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Naomi N. | Digital Marketing Coordinator, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** November 06, 2025

**What do you like best about AdRoll ABM (Formerly RollWorks)?**

The platform is very intuitive and easy to navigate. The UI is clean, the campaign setup is easy, and it's pretty quick to go live once.

**What do you dislike about AdRoll ABM (Formerly RollWorks)?**

A typical challenge in the B2B space is proving any kind of ROI or revenue attribution. It generates activity, but connecting those dots to dollars is hard (or impossible). So engagement looks good, but it may just be vanity metrics.

**What problems is AdRoll ABM (Formerly RollWorks) solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We primarily use this for retargeting. It's nice that we can create first-party data lists and build dynamic audiences for retargeting campaigns.

  ### 6. Great for Account Based Marketing Especially for Targeting and Retargeting

**Rating:** 3.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** William B. | A banker, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 14, 2025

**What do you like best about AdRoll ABM (Formerly RollWorks)?**

I like how easy it is to target the right accounts with ads the account segmentation is really strong you can narrow down by industry company size or even intent signals i also really like the Journey Stages feature it helps us track where each account is in the funnel and tailor our outreach

**What do you dislike about AdRoll ABM (Formerly RollWorks)?**

The reporting could be more detailed it gives us basic metrics but it’s hard to get a full picture of attribution or ROI without exporting data manually also the learning curve was a bit steep at first some features aren’t super intuitive until you get used to the platform

**What problems is AdRoll ABM (Formerly RollWorks) solving and how is that benefiting you?**

RollWorks helps us target the right accounts and avoid wasting ad spend it shows which companies are engaging so our sales team knows who to focus on it’s made our outreach more efficient and improved lead quality

**Official Response from Kayleigh Magistre:**

> William, thank you for very much for your review! It's so rewarding to hear that you find the targeting and segmentation features helpful for your marketing efforts. We appreciate your feedback on the reporting and learning curve challenges you have been experiencing. We are continuously working to enhance our platform and make it more user-friendly for valued customers like you.

To address your concerns, we are actively working on improving our reporting capabilities to provide more detailed insights. We value your input and are committed to ensuring a seamless experience for our users. Thank you for choosing AdRoll ABM!

  ### 7. ADROLL REVIEW

**Rating:** 3.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Agustin C. | Strategic partnerships, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** November 05, 2025

**What do you like best about AdRoll ABM (Formerly RollWorks)?**

Strong audience targeting and easy setup

**What do you dislike about AdRoll ABM (Formerly RollWorks)?**

Reporting can feel limited and lacks depth

**What problems is AdRoll ABM (Formerly RollWorks) solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The ability to identify and target high-value accounts with precision enhances the alignment between marketing and sales. By delivering personalized ad campaigns across multiple channels to these accounts, engagement and conversion rates are increased. Focusing efforts on accounts most likely to convert also allows for a more efficient use of the marketing budget. This improved coordination between marketing and sales ultimately results in shorter sales cycles and higher close rates.

  ### 8. Effortless Setup and Intuitive Interface for Quick ABM Launches

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Luciana B. | Marketing Manager, Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** November 06, 2025

**What do you like best about AdRoll ABM (Formerly RollWorks)?**

Implementation was easy and the platform is very user-friendly. The setup process was straightforward, and it didn’t take long to begin building audiences and launching campaigns. The interface is intuitive, making it easy to navigate, manage workflows, and quickly activate ABM initiatives without a steep learning curve.

**What do you dislike about AdRoll ABM (Formerly RollWorks)?**

There's a lack of functionalities if you compare it with 6sense, but in this case you should be on very shape

**What problems is AdRoll ABM (Formerly RollWorks) solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Reaching out the right accounts and being more efficient on the expense

  ### 9. Lovely working with the CS team!

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed Date:** September 23, 2025

**What do you like best about AdRoll ABM (Formerly RollWorks)?**

My experience working with the RollWorks has been great. I've gotten quick feedback, tremendous support from both account managers and customer success managers.

**What do you dislike about AdRoll ABM (Formerly RollWorks)?**

There are some limitations that I would love to see be broken in the future, but otherwise, awesome to work with the AdRoll ABM team. I wish I'd be able to see which companies are engaging with our ads without manually tracking down company names.

**What problems is AdRoll ABM (Formerly RollWorks) solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Driving impressions and brand awareness amongst our targeted client base and prospects.

**Official Response from Kayleigh Magistre:**

> Steven, thank you for the kind words about our team at AdRoll ABM! **What do you like best about AdRoll ABM (Formerly RollWorks)?**

I appreciate its user-friendly interface, reliable data accuracy, and excellent customer support.

**What do you dislike about AdRoll ABM (Formerly RollWorks)?**

I found the setup process for playbook campaigns to be confusing, and the learning curve for the more advanced settings was also quite challenging.

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Pharmaceuticals | Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** February 10, 2026

**What do you like best about AdRoll ABM (Formerly RollWorks)?**

It’s an easy-to-use platform with an intuitive setup for playbooks and campaigns. It also provides great visibility into what’s working and what isn’t, which makes it much easier to adjust and improve over time.

**What do you dislike about AdRoll ABM (Formerly RollWorks)?**

I’ve noticed the odd glitch when linking to Salesforce, and dynamic lists occasionally lose connectivity.

**What problems is AdRoll ABM (Formerly RollWorks) solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We’re able to reach our target customers directly by running bespoke ads tailored specifically to that audience.

**Official Response from Kayleigh Magistre:**

I love how AdRoll take away the need for a massive team and connects marketing and sales with ease for me.

**What do you dislike about AdRoll ABM (Formerly RollWorks)?**

The dashboard looks nice, but once you try to dig into real results, it’s hard to tell what’s actually working. Account targeting isn’t always accurate, and you end up trusting the system more than you’re comfortable with

**What problems is AdRoll ABM (Formerly RollWorks) solving and how is that benefiting you?**

  ### 15. Platform Falls Short, Little-to-No Value Yet Seen in Year 2 of 3.

**Rating:** 1.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Information Technology and Services | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** September 29, 2025

**What do you like best about AdRoll ABM (Formerly RollWorks)?**

- We like how easy it is set up playbooks and campaigns.
- Retargeting has shown promise.
- Team seems eager to repair relationship by showing value

**What do you dislike about AdRoll ABM (Formerly RollWorks)?**

- Journey Stages iFrame to help us understand a prospect journey: Didn't meet expectations because it only goes back 90 days. By the time we win a deal 6 months later, more than half the journey isn't there. It also should have pulled through marketing emails but doesn't do that for Pardot.

- Journey Stages (JS): Wanted to use "company intent" for JS to establish "In Market". RW can't use Bombora directly in journey stage setup as a filter (intent is data they are providing), so have to manually import bombora to Salesforce weekly into a field, so that the filter can be used to establish JS (we have to manipulate data provided by them w/ Salesforce to use it. Backwards.)
The accuracy of later in market stages relies on website visits to our website. They were touted to have very good company identification but we see them as 3rd. If RW can't identify a Co as visiting our site, it can't update them to a JS of "In Market / Aware / Interested" (more below)

- Company Identification: When it came down to it, Company/Account de-anonymization is the worst out of 3 platforms we use for this. They "use ZoomInfo as one of their providers" but you wouldn't know it comparing the 2 website data streams. Here's where it's a problem. We see companies visiting our website via ZoomInfo, or downloading our content where we’re adding them as a campaign member so we KNOW they’ve been on our site. RW might still show them as “not in market / unaware” because they can’t personally identify the visit to that company.

- Reporting: For their business review, they had to pull out of the backend of the platform (not something we can replicate). Also, no attribution reporting. In RW if an ad touched an Account w/ Opp - they show the full value as influenced. To tell whether an ad was shown prior to Opp creation or after, we had to look month by month for 2025 to see when an Account showed first showed up in the associated campaign as a click and then compare that with Opp created date. A very manual process for reporting of ad success to match our expectations/the way we do things.

- There are features included in RW that are part of the setup process that RW themselves advise against using. For example, Bombora intent within setup is at the contact level. They recommend creating a new list and adding it at the account level. If your customer success rep doesn’t tell you this, how are you supposed to know?

- Budget recommendations are shown during the playbook setup process, but our account rep told us not to follow it. Why have it then?

- We just found out after several years that audience should be divided by 7 to account for the average # of cookies assigned to each individual due to multiple devices. Again, we wouldn’t know that except for the fact we just got a new account manager who told us.

- We wish there was a budget limit feature. You can’t set a budget and have RW paced it out the rest of the month. You have to babysit it and make sure you lower budgets of each individual campaign or playbook in order to not exceed your budget. We have to keep a separate spreadsheet to keep track of what all the budgets should be at so I can change them back at the 1st of the month.

- We wish you could save your job titles to a list so you didn’t have to find each one individually every time you set up a playbook. It’s very time consuming to do it from scratch everytime.

- Regarding job seniority on playbooks – we wish it didn’t jump from C-Suite to management. Directors and VP levels should be added. We are spending budget on managers and that isn’t really who we are targeting, but we have to select it in order to serve ads to the levels we want to.

- We agreed to a 2-year renewal because we believed we could still unlock value from the platform after all the setup work we invested in year 1, and the discount made the commitment seem worthwhile. But with AI and other lower-cost technologies rapidly improving, the platform has become an expensive, cumbersome option that falls short of its promised value. What’s worse, the vendor has been unwilling to work with us to adjust the contract in year two (not in platform spend, or even a decrease in ad spend, and didn't agree to getting creative what-so-ever to help provide value), a level of rigidity that stands in stark contrast to how most vendors operate. If you’re considering this platform, think carefully before committing to a long-term contract.

**What problems is AdRoll ABM (Formerly RollWorks) solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We've seen some small success in retargeting, but not much else. Nothing to justify a $50K+ yearly spend.

**Official Response from Kayleigh Magistre:**

> Hi there! Thank you for sharing your detailed feedback on your experience with AdRoll ABM. We're truly sorry to hear about your frustrations with the platform's limitations and the challenges you've encountered. That's never the experience we want our customers to have. Your feedback is extremely valuable to us, and we take it seriously as we continue working to make meaningful improvements to our platform.

Please don't hesitate to reach out directly to your account management team. They're here to help address any issues and ensure you get the support you need. We genuinely appreciate you taking the time to share your experience and provide such thoughtful feedback. It's through input like yours that we're able to better understand where we can improve and continue building a more effective, reliable experience for our customers.

  ### 16. Archaic, Hard-to-Navigate UI That Leads to Mistakes

**Rating:** 1.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Marketing and Advertising | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** February 04, 2026

**What do you like best about AdRoll ABM (Formerly RollWorks)?**

Honestly, not a lot. This is a fairly antiquated platform, but I do like the fact it offers different forms of audience targeting.

**What do you dislike about AdRoll ABM (Formerly RollWorks)?**

The user interface is fairly archaic, and difficult to navigate. It fails to meet industry uniformity, and sets itself up for several mistakes.

**What problems is AdRoll ABM (Formerly RollWorks) solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It is better used and helping fill a programmatic need for B2B clients, which is often a hard niche to reach.

  ### 17. Excellent platform to go after a defined universe of logso

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Varun P. | Digital Marketing Manager, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** August 30, 2024

**What do you like best about AdRoll ABM (Formerly RollWorks)?**

Ability to optimize ad spend and engagement at the account level for a well-defined universe of logos.

**What do you dislike about AdRoll ABM (Formerly RollWorks)?**

Rollworks isn't great for contact-level targeting like some other platforms, but is a great foundational piece. The platform fees are also a bit steep and prohibitive for smaller shops.

**What problems is AdRoll ABM (Formerly RollWorks) solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Helping us go after our target market in a more efficient way. Reporting tools are great. We're seeing accelerated funnel journeys.

  ### 18. AdRoll is a valuable tool that requires you to put in time and effort

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Tennessee N. | Senior Digital Marketing Manager, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** September 29, 2025

**What do you like best about AdRoll ABM (Formerly RollWorks)?**

Adroll as a platform is really powerful, and I love the automations that can be set up for ads and targeting. I also find the Adroll team to be extremely helpful and quick to launch, edit, and refine campaigns and budgets.

**What do you dislike about AdRoll ABM (Formerly RollWorks)?**

If you have a small team, it can be a lot to undertake and build, and requires dedicated time to set it all up.

**What problems is AdRoll ABM (Formerly RollWorks) solving and how is that benefiting you?**

AdRoll's targeting is as strong as your CRM is, and it helps us to target accounts very specifically, and engage with them at the right times.

**Official Response from Kayleigh Magistre:**

> Hi Tennessee! Thank you for sharing your positive experience with AdRoll ABM. We're thrilled to hear that you find the platform powerful and appreciate the automations and support from our team. We understand that setting up campaigns can be time-consuming, especially for smaller teams, and we appreciate your feedback on this. We are continuously working on improving our platform to make it more user-friendly and efficient.

We're here to help and ensure you get the most out of AdRoll ABM. Thank you for choosing our platform, and we look forward to continuing to support your growth and success!

When I joined my company, this was my initial experience with ABM. I truly value the journey stages and find it very convenient to adjust the criteria as needed. I use it constantly, it is my main marketing platform.

**What do you dislike about AdRoll ABM (Formerly RollWorks)?**

I find it frustrating that I have to handle technical issues through email. The process feels tedious, and it seems like most of the effort falls on me. I understand that it is my issue but I deal with different platforms customer support all the time and this by far the most frustrating.

**What problems is AdRoll ABM (Formerly RollWorks) solving and how is that benefiting you?**

AdRoll ABM has given me valuable insight into our customer journey, helping me understand it more thoroughly.

  ### 22. Intuitive platform with some missing features, but exceptional customer service

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Computer Software | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 25, 2025

**What do you like best about AdRoll ABM (Formerly RollWorks)?**

RollWorks has been a great starting point for us as we got into ABM. It’s easy to use, and I like how simple it is to customize both the journey stages and campaign attribution. That’s given us much more visibility into how our ads are performing across different accounts and stages. The spiking accounts feature can be powerful, but only if marketing and sales are fully aligned on how to interpret and act on those signals. I also have been having a great experience with our CS team. Corey’s been especially helpful, always sharing recommendations on how to get the most out of our budget and fine-tune our targeting.

I'd say CS is one of the best features in Rollworks. Truly feel our account is seen and supported, whenever we need help, the team is quick to jump in and super attentive.

If you’re just starting out with ABM and want a solid platform with strong support behind you, RollWorks is definitely worth considering.

**What do you dislike about AdRoll ABM (Formerly RollWorks)?**

There are still a few features we’d love to see as we scale our ABM efforts. For example, the number of de-anonymized leads and contacts is pretty limited, we were hoping for more visibility on that front. There’s also no native Slack integration, so we’ve had to get creative with a workaround. And not having a direct LinkedIn integration has added a few extra steps to our process. Adding these integrations and expanding visibility into anonymous traffic would really take the platform to the next level for growing ABM teams like ours.

**What problems is AdRoll ABM (Formerly RollWorks) solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Basically ABM ads. RollWorks is helping us target a select group of accounts with tailored advertising, allowing us to run different ads for different audiences.

  ### 23. A Technology Platform To Test

**Reviewed Date:** May 14, 2025

**What do you like best about AdRoll ABM (Formerly RollWorks)?**

It helps with a more precise way of targeting our accounts in our CRM

**What do you dislike about AdRoll ABM (Formerly RollWorks)?**

When I create prospecting target accounts and apply the keyword intent, it brings up accounts that does not even pertain to what I'm looking for.

**What problems is AdRoll ABM (Formerly RollWorks) solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It's helping us solve how to engage, communicate and market to accounts in our CRM by journey stage

  ### 24. Powerful ABM platform for B2B - Even in Niche Markets

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Raj B. | Growth Marketing Manager, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 14, 2025

**What do you like best about AdRoll ABM (Formerly RollWorks)?**

Even within a highly specialized B2B market we are able to utilize their data. At CyberCube, our audience is narrow and high-value, and RollWorks helps us reach and engage them with precision.

We're on Rollworks at least 3/4 times a week tweaking elements. The Audience Builder is valuable; we use it to create targeted segments for campaigns across both RollWorks’ DSP and our own external advertising channels. Their retargeting capabilities ensure our message stays in front of key accounts, while the Campaign Playbooks and Command Center offer centralized and intuitive execution and analytics on company journeys.

RollWorks’ automations and workflows are helping us surface new leads proactively - while not the most mature of tools, it does support both marketing and revenue operations. We’re also currently working with their API to bring engagement and performance data into our CRM (HubSpot), giving us clearer insights into campaign ROI.

Overall, the platform provides a comprehensive suite of ABM tools. Service has been great so far, onboarding implementation plan and execution was brilliant. Native & mature integration with Hubspot was one of the biggest points for us

**What do you dislike about AdRoll ABM (Formerly RollWorks)?**

First, automated reporting is an area of improvement—currently, we're doing more manual data stitching than we'd like. More out-of-the-box reporting options that connect to CRM's and native dashboards would save our team significant time and effort. The revenue attribution reporting is most useful, but its capabilities feel underdeveloped.

Data maturity in EMEA and APAC still needs work.

We’d also love to see better exclusion logic across the platform—by default, it should filter out our own employees and existing clients from all aspects of Rollworks, targeting, reporting to prevent wasted impressions or having to filter data constantly

Finally, for the sales team, deeper sales enablement integrations would be a huge win. It would be great if RollWorks could spiking provide clear reasons why an account is spiking in the context of their workflow—without them needing to dig through dashboards or CRM information/ The insights are there, but they need to be surfaced more intelligently for time-poor salespeople.

**What problems is AdRoll ABM (Formerly RollWorks) solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Surfacing the intent of our existing in-market account targets and finding new account targets - we can then advertise to them on Rollworks or via other channels with brand messaging, all the way down to product-based messaging depending on their maturity.
Generation of new leads
Intent-based data for sales
1-few Account-based marketing

  ### 25. Easy Campaign Setup and Targeting, But Reporting Takes Time

**Rating:** 3.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Computer Software | Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** November 14, 2025

**What do you like best about AdRoll ABM (Formerly RollWorks)?**

Campaign set-up, ad creative upload, and account / contact list creation is very straightforward. The integration with Salesforce has allowed us to target very specific contact lists, and to use intent data to properly target advertising.

**What do you dislike about AdRoll ABM (Formerly RollWorks)?**

The reporting took a little bit longer to get a handle on. Budget optimization requires some manual work.

**What problems is AdRoll ABM (Formerly RollWorks) solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We have a relatively small TAM, and we were looking to target very specific accounts as a part of our larger ABM strategy. AdRoll has enabled this - we've been able to reach our accounts in new ways, and better track performance.
