"Awesome ABM tool, Amazing Customer Service"

What do you like best about AdRoll ABM (Formerly RollWorks)?

We are using RollWorks for multiple marketing programs (retargeting, intent data, etc.) and have a direct sync with our HubSpot account. The platform is easy to use and allows us to target our ABM lists, which is a massive part of our marketing strategy. We've also really been able to dive into the intent data and action off of it, which has proven fruitful for our team. I had limited ABM experience before using RollWorks, but our Account Manager has made it so easy to not only get up to speed but also diving into performance and ways we can optimize our accounts/targeting.

What do you dislike about AdRoll ABM (Formerly RollWorks)?

Navigating the platform can sometimes be difficult, but once you have found what you are looking for, it is easy to find again.

What problems is AdRoll ABM (Formerly RollWorks) solving and how is that benefiting you?

Delivering highly targeted and personalized ABM campaigns. We can reach a larger audience, which is not something that we've been able to do with other platforms we use.

"Must-have for your marketing stack"

What do you like best about AdRoll ABM (Formerly RollWorks)?

We are currently using RollWorks for 3 programs: to retarget website visitors; to retarget based on intent data; and t directly target an ABM list. We have the integration with HubSpot set up and I use lead scoring to dynamically create the ABM list which auto-synchs to RollWorks. I can also see in HubSpot what accounts are being retargeted, etc. This program takes some time and mind muscle to optimize and I'm grateful for my account manager Victoria who is amazing! As a customer, I'm regularly invited to briefings on product enhancements and new features and I'm impressed with the rate at which RollWorks is developing their product. I'm also encouraged that they are now focusing on the integration with HubSpot (and other MAS) which will continue to increase the value of the solution.

What do you dislike about AdRoll ABM (Formerly RollWorks)?

I don't really dislike anything -- I'd buy RollWorks again!

What problems is AdRoll ABM (Formerly RollWorks) solving and how is that benefiting you?

Pretty much our entire buying cycle is digital, even before Covid it was mostly online. We needed a way to re-engage with different audiences, particularly website visitors, especially as Google Retargeting is not great for B2B. RollWorks has increased the engagement with our website and content, and it helps us move unnamed prospects through the marketing funnel and into a sales process.

"RollWorks helps us reduce reliance on email"

What do you like best about AdRoll ABM (Formerly RollWorks)?

- CRM targeting for ad audiences that syncs with HubSpot

- Relatively easy user interface (although, could use some tweaks in very specific areas)

What do you dislike about AdRoll ABM (Formerly RollWorks)?

Management of the TAL could be easier - specifically, after upload, tracking changes isn't very intuitive.

Recommendations to others considering AdRoll ABM (Formerly RollWorks):

Having worked with SixthSence and evaluated Terminus, RollWorks was the right choice for us - don't need 'Intent' data (SixthSense) or creative iterations (Terminus)

What problems is AdRoll ABM (Formerly RollWorks) solving and how is that benefiting you?

We use RollWorks primarily to lessen reliance on email which is notoriously difficult to reach customers (and prospects) in the healthcare category. RollWorks also provides an alternative to Google Ads and Google's complexity while syncing nicely with HubSpot. RollWorks helps us retain customers and efficiently reach prospects.

"Endless Opportunities!"

What do you like best about AdRoll ABM (Formerly RollWorks)?

RollWorks provides a clean platform that's easy to utilize. There are many strategies & tactics to deploy which make the tool so powerful. RollWorks offers targeting capabilities across the entire buying cycle from awareness to conversion. What's more - targeting can get very granular and focused for the most specific, personalized campaigns. I love adding persona targeting parameters along with intent data. I've also been pleased with recent improvements RollWorks has made regarding integrations with HubSpot and Journey Stage Analysis.

What do you dislike about AdRoll ABM (Formerly RollWorks)?

RollWorks is a very robust tool that's taken a while to fully digest and understand. Our Account Manager is awesome, however, and has helped us tackle opportunities one at a time. The UX is very clean, but I've found myself lost between playbooks & campaigns. Thankfully, I know the RW product team is working on updates to the structure/navigation, which should help drastically.

Recommendations to others considering AdRoll ABM (Formerly RollWorks):

Get on the ABM train now. The potential is extreme.

What problems is AdRoll ABM (Formerly RollWorks) solving and how is that benefiting you?

I'm using RollWorks for programmatic advertising to specific accounts in our ICP. The targeting capabilities ensure our dollars are being spent to go after the right accounts, unlike many other tools. Following awareness, we're using RW to drive interest and engagement through the funnel via retargeting and contact targeting efforts. These are proving effective as we're seeing accounts progressively move through the funnel to a level of engagement and interest.

"The Best ABM Platform for B2B"

What do you like best about AdRoll ABM (Formerly RollWorks)?

There is a lot to love about the Rollworks platform.

The platform is really easy to navigate, setting up campaigns is quick, the interface walks you through everything step by step. You have several options to drill down and review your data as well. You can setup detailed reports to run on a schedule and email you once a week/month/etc. on ad performance, conversions, impressions, etc. But what I really appreciate is the journey funnel view. This breaks down each target account list into three main categories: unaware, aware, engaged. Here you can get a quick glance at how many accounts are in each category. You can then drill down to see specific accounts and their activity on your website and their interactions with your ads. This is really helpful in knowing when to hand off a marketing lead to our SDR team.

If you have a CRM that integrates with Rollworks, like Hubspot, you can also see in the journey stage view which accounts have an open deal and a won deal.

But one of the best things about Rollworks isn't the platform, its' their account management team. If your on their standard plan or more you get a designated accoutn manager that sets up a meeting candence to review performance, brainstorm changes, and they help pull more indepth reporting. As a very small marketing team, this has been invaluable!

What do you dislike about AdRoll ABM (Formerly RollWorks)?

Honestly, there really isn't much to dislike. Rollworks is fantastic about asking their customers what features they'd like to see and it seems about every 6 months they have new updates to roll out.

The only downfall is that you can only have one set of intent topics, and for a company that has several services with very different intent signals, this means we can only have one campaign setup with intent topics at a time.

Recommendations to others considering AdRoll ABM (Formerly RollWorks):

Have a good understanding of the ABM program you want to run before purchasing any software, this will help you with your onboarding and setting up proper goals to measure success.

What problems is AdRoll ABM (Formerly RollWorks) solving and how is that benefiting you?

Rollworks has helped us target new accounts and start building brand awareness with a wider audience, but they also help us nurture sales prospects through the sales pipeline. We have a long sales process, so being able to show case study/testimonial ads to those prospects throughout their sales journey has helped reduce leads that go quiet.

"RollWorks experiences over the years"

What do you like best about AdRoll ABM (Formerly RollWorks)?

To set the stage, I used RollWorks back in 2018 in a previous role when it was just AdRoll before they had any ABM capabilities, and now I'm using RollWorks for ABM advertising at my current role. I do really like the ABM capabilities and being able to set up playbooks so that different sets of ads show up when an account is unaware vs aware. Being able to integrate with Hubspot is great and they just rolled out a new feature for HS integrations where sales can get email updates on "hot accounts".

Customer service has gone through its ups and downs over the years but I have a really great CSM now with biweekly calls.

What do you dislike about AdRoll ABM (Formerly RollWorks)?

I wish the job title targeting for ads could get even more granular. I also wish the playbooks had more functionality beyond unaware to aware (although there are ways you can hack it) but on the plan that we're on we only get limited playbooks so we have to pick and choose. It would be nice if personalized ads came with the standard/starter packages.

What problems is AdRoll ABM (Formerly RollWorks) solving and how is that benefiting you?

RollWorks is helping us drive awareness toward our target accounts and helping us spend our advertising budget more wisely (targeted not spray and pray). Leveraging the platform, we've been able to reach our target accounts in a new channel with relevant ads.

"A Great Way To Start an ABM Strategy"

What do you like best about AdRoll ABM (Formerly RollWorks)?

The reports and the ease of which you can export them is great. I'm able to share these insights with our business development team and ensure that we are taking some sort of action on them. Also, I love the ease of the way we can integrate with HubSpot so we can effortlessly ensure we are advertising to the same target accounts that our business development team is actively reaching out to.

What do you dislike about AdRoll ABM (Formerly RollWorks)?

Honestly, there's not much to dislike. Being newer to the platform, I am learning. I think it's a little more complicated than I initially thought, but that is due to having to learn a whole new platform. I'm very used to HubSpot, for example, so it's just taking a bit of time to get used to the nuances of Rollworks. That said, this is not a negative about Rollworks. It's just taking some time to learn the platform. It would be nice to have a way to export automated custom reports and email them to specified team members. Right now there is only a set list of reports that can be automatically exported at a set time.

What problems is AdRoll ABM (Formerly RollWorks) solving and how is that benefiting you?

First, brand awareness. We're reaching more accounts in our ICP than ever before. Also, it's giving us intent data so we're able to help our new business team focus on more qualified accounts. In our past our target account lists weren't as strategic as they are now and that's thanks to the data we are receiving from Rollworks. I think it's helping our marketing and sales teams align much more than we ever had in the past and it keeps us focused based on data rather than assumptions.
