The upside is that you can compile your PowerPoint presentations quite easily. After creating several templates, you just need to adjust the filter on one slide, and it will automatically apply the same filters to subsequent slides. One downside is that when you create a new template, you need to add each visualization manually, but you need to do it only once, and long-term, it saves time. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What I like best about Rollstack is its core premise: making it possible to create slidedecks at scale from a multitude of data sources. Some features that are especially good in my eyes are:

- Images do not get distorted or re-scaled when pasted into slidedecks.

- Variant creation and maintenance is easy through the use of Collections.

- Able to handle large requests, without complications like modifications to the graphs, shuffeling slidedecks etc.

- Easy to use interface and setting up of Destinations and Collections. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Every software has its downsides. For me, those include:

- Application can be slow, especially as the slidedecks and the underlying dashboards grow larger.

- Navigating Looker folder structures is unoptimal.

- Needing to manually set everything up in the beginning. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

It works. And customer service is really helpfull. They respond quickly and can even video call to help with specific problems. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

It can be quite difficult to adjust slides sometimes. For example, ik can be difficult to swap slides, or when duplicating slides it can suddenly make 4 duplicates instead of 1.

Also, after a few months the limit of uploaded slides to a slidedeck is reached and we have to do manual stuff to get rollstack running again. Would be great is this can be automated somehow. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Working in a global organization means that analysis projects designed for one country must also be useful/applicable to others. Rollstack enables us to EASILY automate slide decks for Monthly and Quarterly Business Reviews across all our operating countries (around 20), saving each of the country/region specific analysts at least 4-5 hours of work each month.

Rollstack has been very useful for automating MBRs. It has significantly reduced the time needed for their preparation, allowing us to focus on what really matters during these types of meetings. It’s an easy-to-use tool for connecting Tableau with Google Sheets, and whenever I have encountered any issues, I have received quick responses from a member of the Rollstack team. I have found it challenging to move presentations within folders in Google Sheets without affecting the performance of Rollstack’s automation. In this sense, it is not very flexible when it comes to referencing the location of the presentation in Google Sheets. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What I love about Rollstack is how it makes it so easy to gather analytics and create client decks. It saves me time and helps me put together everything I need quickly, which my clients really appreciate. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I had trouble once my file exceeded a limit, however I was able to rectify it quickly as it was a google issue and not a rollstack one with the help of support/ Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Easy to integrate and setup. It has a great user interface and makes creating presentation decks with our Looker dashboards less of a chore. They have great customer support and are very responsive whenever there is an issue. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
