What do you like best about Rollio?

Rollio has really changed how we interface with Salesforce. We love Salesforce and even implement it and manage it for our customers but we know how hard it is sometimes to get data into it. Since using Rollio we are able to get the important data into it without waiting for time to log in and do reporting. With Rollio our reporting is at the speed of our sales process. We update SFDC when something happen. We have more data in there than we ever have and that has had a big impact on our ability to sell. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Rollio?

When we started we were just using the mobile app. It works great but sometimes I am at my desk and wanted a quicker way to get the data in without using my phone. That made it cumbersome at times but still faster than manual entry. They did fix this and release a desktop app that we are using. That is by far the best improvement. The other thing I would like is for Siri to be able to open the app for me so I can just speak to it entirely hands free when I am in the car. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
