Publish vacancies to your own careers page, collect applications with custom forms and screening questions, and move candidates through a drag-and-drop pipeline. Recruiters, hiring managers and interviewers each see only what their role allows; stages can be anonymised for blind review. Structured scorecards and assessments keep feedback comparable. Interviews. Schedule with Google Calendar, Google Meet and Zoom, or send candidates a self-scheduling link. Calendly is supported. Candidate portal. Every candidate gets a cabinet: application status, interview times, chat with the recruiter, reference requests with explicit consent — no password needed (email link or Google sign-in). Beyond the ATS. Employee referrals with links, reference checks, offers with approval chains, e-signature, request workflows, people records, absences, documents and pulse surveys. Integrations. Public REST API and webhooks, SAML SSO and SCIM provisioning, a Telegram bot, web push, and an MCP connector so recruiters can work with RolePark from Claude or ChatGPT under their own permissions.
