Roiva is AI portfolio management software that tracks every AI initiative’s budget, approvals, cost and ROI. At many companies, work increasingly means directing AI, with budgets in different places and value claimed in slide decks. Roiva is built to be the process that runs it. Each AI initiative gets an owner, a business case and an approved budget, and moves from review to live, with an optional sign-off before spend starts. Cost comes in from ERPs, corporate cards, cloud and AI providers. Value comes from help desks, CRMs and data warehouses, across 30+ integrations. A person approves value before it counts, cash value and freed capacity are reported apart and never added, and every figure traces back to a formula, a data source and an approval. On a set schedule, Portfolio Review brings each live initiative back up. The team records whether to scale, fix, pause or retire it, and the decision keeps the cost, value and ROI it was made on. Roiva is built for Heads of AI and transformation leaders, and for the finance teams who sign off the numbers, at companies with 250 to 2,500 employees. Teams start with a free account, bring in the AI tracker they already keep, and connect their first systems.
