What do you like best about Roghnu?

Our developer really dives deep into our processes and understands our business. Our developer has such a deep understanding of our business that many times we are asking our Roghnu developer about details of how pieces flow. Whenever we ask for a very specific and difficult executable our developer digs in and finds a way to make it happen. Have never been disappointed with the effort and result! What do you dislike about Roghnu?

We have 1 developer working in our projects. This creates a lot of efficiencies for the build, but a bit of risk with so much of our processes bundled into one developer's world. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

We hired Roghnu to help us replace Quickbooks Enterprise with Sage Intacct. This project involved everything from setting up our chart of accounts, bank accounts, credit cards, custom reports, AP, importing prior year balances, to learning best practices for navigating the software and closing the books at month end. What do you like best about Roghnu?

One of the best aspects of using Roghnu was working with Josh Casselman, and Eric Norfleet. From a project management perspective, Eric ensured that the process was organized, everything discussed was documented and that our project was moving along timely in order to meet our deadlines. In terms of implementation, Josh was extremely knowledgeable and helpful. He was consistently available whenever we needed assistance, and provided detailed explanations / demonstrations on Sage Intacct functionality and best practices in order to make our processes as efficient as possible. Rebuilt the entire revenue reconciliation process from source data across multiple homegrown systems to a Roghnu developed datamart that allowed us to analyze data before uploading into the financial system. The financial Knowledge coupled with IT expertise was the key to developing a solution that would be implemented quickly and scale with our growing company. The initial solution was so well scoped out that we were able to deliver value sooner than expected and under budget. It's difficult to find consultants with knowledge of all ERP system, system flows, controls and can develop custom solutions to expedite implementation, if necessary. I only wish we could have used Roghnu on all Financial related projects as they were an efficient and productive team. I would like to point out more issues but Roghnu acted as a partner taking on some really difficult and challenging work and delivering on it at every milestone.
