Roghnu created for us a data warehouse that combined several 3rd party sources. Their knowledge of database administration and API queries allowed them to set up and load the warehouse in a few days. Competing quotes were on the order of months. We have continued to challenge Roghnu to import additional sources as well as to help complete data validation and they are always able to complete the tasks quickly and accurately. Roghnu understands the often confusing Sage Intacct database structure. They have been critical in helping us to create the reporting we need in near real time. I've only been using the Roghnu warehouse for a few months and I can already say I cant imagine life without it. It seem like every new request or project that comes up, the Roghnu solution has enabled us to complete it quickly and easily. On those occasions when we need to request a something from them, Judd and the rest of the team are all over it. I never expect him to personally respond to emails late nights or weekends but he does so. The personal support has been the best part of my experience. I've never had to wait for help with any issue even if the issue ended up being on my end! The speed at which they are able to respond to requests and even the initial implementation was breath taking. Roghnu helped us migrate from Sage 300 to Sage Intacct. They also built an invoicing portal that gives our franchise owners the ability to tell us at corporate billing which services were rendered and how much we need to invoice their clients. What I liked the best was the availability of the Roghnu team. When we called, they were quick to answer.
