Roddely is an AI customer service agent for online stores in Egypt. It replies to customers on WhatsApp, Instagram, Messenger, Telegram and website chat from one shared inbox, in Egyptian Arabic by default and in English when the customer writes in English, and it understands Franco and voice notes. It answers Facebook and Instagram comments publicly or in a private message. It connects to Shopify, WooCommerce and EasyOrders to answer order-status questions from live order data, reply from the store's products, prices and stock, and confirm cash-on-delivery orders on WhatsApp. Conversations that need a person are handed to the store's team in the same inbox. Roddely is a Meta Tech Provider for the WhatsApp Business Platform, and stores connect their number through Meta's Embedded Signup.
