Sometimes it’s limiting, which is helpful to make it more user friendly but can be limiting in other things. **Recommendations to others considering RockGymPro:** The best way to get use to Rock Gym Pro is simply by using it a lot. **What problems is RockGymPro solving and how is that benefiting you?** It’s been helpful with discounts, membership types, etc. ### 2. Over time, once you really know the software, this is SO helpful. It is incredibly unusual for me to have an issue with a member account/event/etc. that I can't find the answer to. It also seems like they have thought of everything! Plus, there support staff is very responsive. **What do you dislike about RockGymPro?** Like I said above, there are lots of moving parts. This can make it hard to teach. Other than that, it works very well for us! **Recommendations to others considering RockGymPro:** This is the only way to go if you are looking for software for your climbing gym! **What problems is RockGymPro solving and how is that benefiting you?** Membership and guest management, calendar and event management, POS access, inventory management. Website integration. ### 3. It works. **Rating:** 3.5/5.0 stars **Reviewed by:** Verified User in Recreational Facilities and Services | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.) **Reviewed Date:** April 11, 2018 **What do you like best about RockGymPro?** It has pretty much all the features a rock gym needs and it's relatively easy to use, depending on how your gym sets it up. **What do you dislike about RockGymPro?** We have multiple gyms connected to the same database, and every time I go to pull in a new waiver/document, it defaults to whatever the customer's given "home" gym is... but if their home gym isn't our location, I have to and select a our location in order to finish pulling in the document. It's annoying. Also....
