I really like that Sage X3 is very adaptable and customizable. It allows us to flex with our needs and our users' needs. We utilize Sage X3 for our locations in Costa Rica, Texas, Austin, and Atlanta, and we're able to implement things like work order tracking and shop floor control all through interfaces with the web. I think that we would like to see some improvement on the interface. The interfaces leave something to be desired. It's just too many clicks sometimes to get to the right thing. One of its strongest areas is the general ledger and financial reporting module, which supports detailed tracking across multiple entities, cost centres, and currencies. I also found the ability to drill down from summary figures to transaction-level detail especially helpful during month-end reviews and audits, as it makes it easier to validate numbers and follow the underlying activity. We had multiple reporting sites globally (Japan, Singapore and HQ in UK), so we needed a single reporting system with support for multi currency ledgers.
