Visor is incredibly easy to use! I've used many tools that integrate with Jira, but what sets visor apart is its simplicity and intuitive UI. I love that the various views work intuitively with jira and manually input data all the same. I also love the fair pricing that makes it easier to share with larger ranges of stakeholders. I am a user of Visor since september 2023, I must say, it has significantly improved my team experience with project management as it provides functionalities that are not available, or not too friendly in Jira. Support is excellent and very responsive to all our requests. Visor is packed with features that are easy to use. It gives team mebers a clear view of the project timelie and their role in the project. I like that it brings all levels and sub levels of Jira tasks into the timeline and nest. I have been so insanely impressed by this tool - while I think it's relatively new, it's being developed really quickly and the CS team is incredibly helpful in working through any bugs I've encountered and being communicative throughout that development (s/o Rae). They take into account feature requests and incentivize bug reports. I've tried just about every roadmapping platform you can think of and this is the first one that allows me to roadmap at both the epic and story/issue level, displaying at those discrete levels for different audiences, as well as swimlane out in whatever custom structure I want. It's so much more flexible than any other JIRA-integrated roadmapping software I've used and I'm looking forward to seeing what future functionality they grow, because it has so much potential to continue developing helpful features. Also - they have a public facing roadmap and allow so much communication with their team that you really feel like you're a part of their future growth. There's room to continue expanding the feature set and developing ways to display things present in JIRA - e.g. right now, no way to show dependencies on the timeline or gantt views, but I know it's in their roadmap. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
