The platform was easy to implement and I used it regularly throughout the trial. Salesforce integration worked seamlessly and Visor also supports Jira, Asana, with nearly 28 more integrations coming soon, providing a central hub for multiple tools. Flexible views like tables, Kanban boards, Gantt charts and dashboards, combined with custom fields and filters, made data management and reporting simple. Customer support was good, with helpful follow-up emails. Overall, Visor simplifies project management, data visualization and cross-team collaboration and it can support our future requirements. **What do you dislike about Visor?** During the trial evaluation, I did not encounter major issues, but the trial org period could be extended to at least 30 days to allow more time for evaluation. **What problems is Visor solving and how is that benefiting you?** During my two-week trial evaluation, Visor helped me organize and visualize Salesforce data in one place. I was able to create tables, dashboards and timelines quickly, which made tracking projects and understanding progress much easier. The ability to experiment with different views allowed me to see how information could be managed more efficiently and how cross-team collaboration could be improved. They take into account feature requests and incentivize bug reports. I've tried just about every roadmapping platform you can think of and this is the first one that allows me to roadmap at both the epic and story/issue level, displaying at those discrete levels for different audiences, as well as swimlane out in whatever custom structure I want. It's so much more flexible than any other JIRA-integrated roadmapping software I've used and I'm looking forward to seeing what future functionality they grow, because it has so much potential to continue developing helpful features. Also - they have a public facing roadmap and allow so much communication with their team that you really feel like you're a part of their future growth.
