What do you like best about Rocketseed?

What do you like best about Rocketseed?

I really like Rocketseed's great customer service. I can contact someone, usually Josephine, and get a response really quickly whenever we have any trouble. This makes it more convenient and a lot easier to use their platform. The initial setup was fairly easy, and everyone was very helpful. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Rocketseed?

Sometimes the interface, like the back end, can feel a little clunky, especially with banners and when adding new users. It's not so much problems as I feel like the UX design could be a little bit better and more user-friendly. It feels a little bit like the back end of a programming platform rather than something like Canva, which would be very user-friendly. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Rocketseed?

It is helpful for reviewing the amount of emails sent by each person in our company, and adds the default signature for all staff members within our company. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Occasionally I find it a little tricky to set up a new user, however this is mainly due to it not being a very common occurrence that keeps it fresh in my mind. Overall I like everything about it. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Rocketseed?

I use Rocketseed for branded email headers and footers. It unifies our staff signatures and we get a lot of compliments on our headers. I find it easy to use and it adds an extra level of professionalism and fun to our emails. Since we do events and programs, the headers cycle through a bunch of different activities, which is great. What do you like best about Rocketseed?

What do you like best about Rocketseed?

I find Rocketseed fairly easy to use, especially since their instructions are pretty accurate and easy to follow. I like the Test feature on a signature where you can send yourself a test email using anyone's address to see how the signature looks. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Rocketseed?

It would be nice if it was easier to update a signature, without knowing HTML. I don't know it, and don't care to know it, so that's what I ask Rocketseed to assist with when modifying signatures. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I like how Rocketseed streamlines the process and gives us consistency of presentation. It's an easy to use platform and they are generally quick to respond if I need to raise a question or issue. What do you like best about Rocketseed?

I use Rocketseed for managing email signatures, and what I like most about it is the ease of management. It's far easier to manage and change than our previous product, Exclaimer. I also find it great that multi-company signatures can be applied across all users from just one template, which is incredibly convenient. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Rocketseed?

Sometimes changes to templates could be a lot better. The current template editor and preview mode are not fully viewable as an example. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Rocketseed?

I like Rocketseed for the ease of applying a banner to a contact, making it simple to manage email signature banners in marketing. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Rocketseed?

The functionality seems outdated with the layouts of contacts, viewing assigned banners & everything just being one long list that you have to scroll through - there could be a page that has all current banners on that has the banner image and the group the banner is assigned to instead of the assignment page that just has the banner name.
