The platform's performance is great with no glitches, and it keeps our brand consistent. Also, we can target our promo campaigns to the relevant audience, and we receive great CTR. Each employee who sends an email to an external audience means we reach more people outside of our other advertising efforts. This ultimately provides a higher return on investment (ROI). When we have issues, the Rocketseed support team is always available to help. **What do you dislike about Rocketseed?** The downside is configuring the tool through Azure integration to target internal employees. I found this to be very complex. I still haven't got it right. I'll ask the Rocketseed support team for more training. **What problems is Rocketseed solving and how is that benefiting you?** Before using Rocketseed, our staff used to copy and paste the signature we created and implement it themselves. This was a static signature built in HTML that employees could edit, leading to brand and job title inconsistencies. After implementing Rocketseed, all these were managed centrally through the Rocketseed platform. We only had to create one template in line with our brand guidelines. The job titles are pulled from Azure Directory, which is integrated with Rocketseed. These are managed directly by our IT. Meaning no one can decide their job title. An unexpected benefit was the dynamic brand element where we are able to apply promotional ads to target relevant audiences.
