Well, it doesn't work as well for me when it says there's no available contact information for an individual, then again, everyone has their limits. One other thing that might be better is sometimes I look up someone's name and they don't appear in the search. But then I look up a different way, like the name of the company where they are, and then I find them. So I'm not sure why it's not coming up. Sometimes I look at a person, and I would like to suggest, for example, a LinkedIn or a correction. And I have never found it to be user friendly in terms of that.
