"Intuitive and Accurate Yet Email Limited"
4/5
What do you like best about RocketReach?

I use RocketReach as our go-to for finding and verifying professional contacts. I really like that the interface is intuitive and the data accuracy is high. It ensures we're reaching the right people with the correct job titles. The system has helped streamline our processes and data internally, so our sales team has the most up-to-date info. The initial setup was very easy, making it simple for us to get started with the tool efficiently. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about RocketReach?

Sometimes we do not find the right contacts, or the contacts we're looking for do not have any email addresses to use, only phone numbers, and we do rely heavily on email strategies. Having more professional email addresses would be amazing. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Effortless Contact Discovery with Intuitive Features"
4/5
What do you like best about RocketReach?

I like RocketReach because it's easy to use and makes it easy to find people on the platform. The interface is quite intuitive, which is a big plus for me. I also appreciate the batch processing feature, which allows me to find emails from a curated list that I do within CSV and just upload it to RocketReach. The intuitive interface makes it easy to get around and find the exact contact information I need. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about RocketReach?

The email addresses aren't always correct. So at many times, there's bounces when the outreach is performed. Granted, its hard to keep track of which emails are correct and incorrect. RocketReach is a useful resource, but it doesn't always give the contact information that's required. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Essential for Efficient Outreach"
5/5
What do you like best about RocketReach?

I use RocketReach to find people's emails, which is a key part of my outreach strategy. I really liked that it saved the memory, so that I could directly feed records of the work I did into our CRM. This feature is especially important for me as a freelancer because it saves me a lot of time by preventing the need to manually track every contact or backtrack afterwards. I also found the initial setup of RocketReach to be very easy. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about RocketReach?

I'd like it if RocketReach expanded their list of available contacts and improved the verification of valid emails. Also, having a webhook to use it with Claude would be appreciated. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Simple and Effective, but Needs Better Data Accuracy"
4/5
What do you like best about RocketReach?

I like RocketReach because it's very simple to use and straightforward. It provides different options for connecting with people. For instance, if their email address is available, it's there, but it also links to their LinkedIn profile, allowing me to approach people on that platform too. The RocketReach plugin is really helpful as it pops up with people's emails as I scroll past them on LinkedIn. Additionally, the initial setup was very easy, just a few clicks and it was done. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about RocketReach?

Sometimes the email addresses provided by RocketReach simply don't work and it sometimes feels like RocketReach has just had a good guess, but without that much actual evidence that it is an actual email. For example, it would just do a john.smith@company.com and that may well not be the actual email address. So that's a bit tricky. And also sometimes actually the links to, like, LinkedIn or Facebook, they go to a page that is no longer there. Maybe RocketReach could check those links to make sure that the profile is still current. I'll click on the LinkedIn tab, and it'll take me to a LinkedIn profile that doesn't exist. But then if I type that person's name in, they are there. It's just not the same profile. So maybe RocketReach could refresh that. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Accurate Data with Room for a Modern UI"
4.5/5
What do you like best about RocketReach?

I find RocketReach's ease of use to be an important feature for us. The accuracy of the data is also impressive. Previously, we had to manually extract data from different applications, and the accuracy wasn't good. With RocketReach, we get direct dials and email addresses which are exactly what we need for building our lists and running our email marketing campaigns. The data accuracy positively impacts the success of our campaigns, resulting in fewer email bounces and more calls being picked up. It's been really good. Additionally, the initial setup was simple and straightforward, just requiring the installation of a Chrome plugin. Although the user interface looks a bit old-school, it is self-explanatory and doesn't complicate things. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about RocketReach?

So the user interface of the app is not modern. Maybe their team is working on it. But, I'm not saying it's bad, but definitely, it can be improved. It looks the user interface of the application looks a little old school, something which has been built maybe on 2021 or 2020. Right now, there are many applications of this kind where they have more intuitive and modern user interfaces. So not saying it's bad, but it can be improved. User interface is definitely something which can be improved. It can be modernized. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Essential Tool for Nonprofit Donor Outreach"
5/5
What do you like best about RocketReach?

I use RocketReach to locate the contact information of prospective donors, which makes finding contact information fairly easy. As an Executive Director searching for individuals of high wealth or decision makers affiliated with companies who make large donations, the ability to get their contact information is invaluable, especially since these individuals often like to be hard to reach. The initial setup of RocketReach was very easy. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about RocketReach?

I wish the search feature could be a little more dynamic. I was trying to find someone affiliated with corporate giving with NW Natural the other day, and it didn't understand that the phrase 'corporate giving'. So I think maybe some AI integration or retooling would make the tool better. AI retooling on geographic search would be helpful as well. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Effortless Contact Discovery with Trusted Data"
5/5
What do you like best about RocketReach?

I love using RocketReach mainly for finding potential investor contacts for my client companies. It allows me to quickly find relevant people and their contact information in respective companies. The most useful function for me is the LinkedIn add-on, which makes it easy to cross-check information. I also like that all the contacts are rated with a respective grade, like A+, letting me know which contacts I can actually trust. The initial setup was very easy and straightforward. I use RocketReach on LinkedIn and via the website and have been happily using it for more than 5 years. I would rate it as 10 out of 10, the best product in the market. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about RocketReach?

It would be great to be able to create contact lists for separate projects and then have them saved for the future. Also, some kind of Outlook integration would be beneficial to check whether I already have any useful contacts in my contact list. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Efficient Contact Finder, Needs Feature Expansion"
4/5
What do you like best about RocketReach?

I use RocketReach primarily for M&A prospecting and business development, sourcing contact details for important executives quickly, which is crucial for navigating new verticals. It's especially useful for building relationships without intermediaries and bypassing gatekeepers. I love the ease of use, data coverage, and the Chrome extension, which lets me find contact details for over 90% of the people I need, making the tool user-friendly and efficient for building contact lists fast. The Chrome extension is incredibly useful for pulling up verified emails directly from LinkedIn without needing to switch tabs, enhancing my workflow efficiency. Additionally, the company search with title filtering is valuable for reaching senior executives directly. The initial setup was super easy, and I didn’t need any help. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about RocketReach?

Sometimes the website is a bit slow and it takes a few seconds to load. Compared to other tools like Zoominfo, the feature set is quite limited for the current price point. I think the service should be a bit cheaper for the current offering, and if improved, then the price could increase if competing with Zoominfo. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Robust Data Quality with Room for UX Improvement"
4.5/5
What do you like best about RocketReach?

I like the quality of the data on RocketReach, especially since we work with a lot of smaller new businesses, and they have good information even on these smaller privately owned companies. The contact information really improves the quality of my outreach because knowing who to ask for and how to get a hold of someone is key to any sale. The setup process was straightforward, making it easy to get started. I appreciate that the terms of usage are better than their competition. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about RocketReach?

The Chrome extension is not as strong as competitors. I wish you could do more from the side window while on another website without having to open the tab for RocketReach. The tool could be better at reducing the need to return to the main page. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"RocketReach: Fast, Intuitive Prospecting with Strong Data Quality"
5/5
What do you like best about RocketReach?

I like RocketReach best for how fast and intuitive it is to find accurate contact information. The data quality is strong, the interface is clean, and it fits naturally into prospecting and research workflows without feeling heavy or overcomplicated. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about RocketReach?

If I had to pick a downside, it would be that data accuracy can be inconsistent in some regions or for smaller companies, so you still need to double-check contacts. Pricing can also feel a bit steep relative to usage limits, especially if you’re doing high-volume research. And while the core features are solid, the filtering and enrichment options aren’t always as deep or flexible as you might want for very targeted or complex searches.
