"Super User-Friendly, Perfect for Sales and Outreach"
5/5
What do you like best about RocketReach?

One of my favorite things about RocketReach is that we get to find every piece of information we need from every contact, and the whole platform is incredibly easy to use and super user-friendly. The initial setup was incredibly easy, super simple, and fast. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about RocketReach?

Sometimes, we get a lot of different email options, which could be great if maybe we can't reach someone. There's always the option to have the primary email address, the work email address, and a personal email address. But I feel like when it comes to downloading that, when there are plenty of options it's all in one cell on the spreadsheet. So it'd be great if you could just filter out instead of having everything in one cell when downloading on a spreadsheet, everything was just one independent cell. It's easier for us when it comes to cleaning our lists. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Efficient Lead Generation with Minor Update Hiccups"
4/5
What do you like best about RocketReach?

I really like using RocketReach because it provides an extension that simplifies the process of obtaining contacts. I can gather a lot of contacts at once, which is really convenient when I'm looking for specific leads in a particular industry. Another great feature is the ability to upload files, like CSVs, which then helps search for contact information like phone numbers and emails that I don't already have. This tool gives me very good results, especially when searching for important numbers in the industry. It definitely assists in finding specific leads efficiently. What do you dislike about RocketReach?

I feel like sometimes there is a lot of numbers on each contact. Breaking them down specific to two to three contacts would work definitely because there are certain times where people have moved on to a different industry or company, and their contacts are not updated. Sometimes the extension also doesn't work, where I'll have to keep refreshing or restart my laptop so that the access should start working again. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Why RocketReach is the best contact database I've used during my 20+ year career in sales."
5/5
What do you like best about RocketReach?

The ability to get contact information for people that I want to connect with at companies regardless of their LinkedIn profile even existing. Also, the comprehensive search tools make it easy to narrow down your contacts at companies to the specific people you're looking to speak with, for example, the IT Department at a software company that handles the hardware and not software or platform integrations. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about RocketReach?

For me, the least helpful tool is getting personal e-mail addresses. I'm not trying to recruit people to work for me and I would find it extremely rude to contact someone at their personal e-mail address regarding their profession. I'd also prefer more specifics about phone numbers. It seems that Rocket Reach does have a hard time tracking virtual numbers and knowing if they are personal, professional, cellular, or something else such as a VOIP system. "Effortless Prospecting with RocketReach"
5/5
What do you like best about RocketReach?

I like the RocketReach extension and the web interface because they're simple and easy to use. It helps me enrich people's information faster and build my pipeline quickly. I find it incredibly easy to find and filter out the information I need on LinkedIn profiles with just a few clicks. The initial setup was as easy as possible, with no need for any onboarding or teaching. I just plugged it in and started using it right away. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about RocketReach?

I mean, there's always improvements you can make around the data, but I understand that it's not easy to keep all the data up to date. I could also it'd be great to understand, like, if you guys could have, like, org charts, but I understand that's not really the value from RocketReach, but just an idea. "Easy to Use with Accurate Information"
4.5/5
What do you like best about RocketReach?

How easy it is to use and the accuracy of the information Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about RocketReach?

One drawback I’ve noticed with RocketReach is that the accuracy of contact information can be inconsistent at times, particularly with direct phone numbers. I’ve also found that some profiles are outdated, which can make outreach less efficient. Additionally, the credit system can feel limiting when trying to verify multiple contacts, as it doesn’t always guarantee usable results. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"RocketReach Makes Finding Decision-Maker Contacts Fast and Easy"
4/5
What do you like best about RocketReach?

RocketReach makes it really easy to find contact information for potential clients and vendors in the construction industry. The search filters are straightforward, and I can quickly pull up email addresses and phone numbers for decision-makers at companies I want to work with. It has saved me a lot of time compared to manually searching for contact details on LinkedIn or company websites. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about RocketReach?

The pricing can be a bit steep for a small business like mine. Sometimes the contact information is outdated or inaccurate, which means I have to verify emails before reaching out. It would also be helpful if they offered more flexible plan options for users who only need a limited number of lookups per month. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Streamlines Contact Searches with Ease"
4/5
What do you like best about RocketReach?

I like the ease of use with RocketReach, especially the feature where you can upload a CSV file with all the names of people you're looking for and get most of the information accurately, like LinkedIn profiles and emails. It's quick and easy to gather the missing contact information, which is a huge help for us. RocketReach doesn't restrict us by state, so we can upload these lists from anywhere in the US and it gathers most of the needed information. The initial setup was very easy and probably took about five minutes. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about RocketReach?

I think that maybe if there was a little bit more accuracy in terms of getting all the information, that would be best for us. But overall, it seems pretty good. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Reliable Contact Finder with Minor Usage Limitations"
4/5
What do you like best about RocketReach?

I feel like RocketReach does a good job of showing me a number of pieces of information about the person. I can see a couple different email addresses, and that increases my confidence that it's gathering a wide range of data. I like that it's constantly updating the accuracy, reporting on what email addresses have been verified or used lately. This way, I can know that there'll be somebody available on the other end of the line. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about RocketReach?

I'm sometimes not clear how many lookups I get to do. I use RocketReach carefully because I don't want to reach the point where I'm looking for contact information I really need, and it tells me I'm out of credits. Either a greater number of lookups or maybe a little more clarity on how many I have left would help. Sometimes I have issues with the widget and the Chrome add-in. I want the sidebar to go away and would rather just do it on RocketReach's site. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Empowers Efficient Prospect Research, Simple to Use"
4/5
What do you like best about RocketReach?

I like the ease of the RocketReach platform. It's very simplistic, maneuverable, and clear. I also appreciate the fact that I can find what I'm looking for, whether it's a company, a title, or a contact name. Being able to just type in a company name and search for the title gives me the person I need to be in touch with. Additionally, I found the initial setup to be very easy. It was basically just getting my password and login credentials, and away I went. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about RocketReach?

Initially, I had a glitch with emailing out directly through the platform. I was having to copy and paste contacts from the platform into my email. After a bit of back and forth with customer support, I was able to get it to work, and now it's working a lot better for me. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Intuitive and Accurate Yet Email Limited"
4/5
What do you like best about RocketReach?

I use RocketReach as our go-to for finding and verifying professional contacts. I really like that the interface is intuitive and the data accuracy is high. It ensures we're reaching the right people with the correct job titles. The system has helped streamline our processes and data internally, so our sales team has the most up-to-date info. The initial setup was very easy, making it simple for us to get started with the tool efficiently. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about RocketReach?

Sometimes we do not find the right contacts, or the contacts we're looking for do not have any email addresses to use, only phone numbers, and we do rely heavily on email strategies. Having more professional email addresses would be amazing. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
