Regarding your feedback on time-off options, you can actually request time off in a few flexible ways: full day, half day, or even a custom duration. For example, if your weekly capacity is 40 hours, a full day would be 8 hours, a half day would be 4 hours, and custom time off lets you choose any number of hours based on your needs.
