I like the user experience: it's easy to use and add collaborators for my projects. It takes very little time to update working hours. It smoothly connects to Salesforce and gets project data once the partnership goes live. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
We’ve had an internal discussion about potentially splitting a project between two teams or creating two projects for the same client just because two teams are contributing separately. This usually comes up when the budget is divided and the teams don’t want to share their budgets in the same proportion. Overall, this isn’t a standard use case for our organization or for Rocketlane’s intended purpose, so I don’t see it as a drawback.
On the calendar side, the integration and having all events reflected in Rocketlane felt fairly time-consuming, mainly because each event needs to be connected to the relevant project in Rocketlane. I’d rather select projects manually and allocate hours directly, even though I understand that approach isn’t 100% precise. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
