## About Rocketlane
Rocketlane is the world’s first Agentic Professional Services Automation (PSA) platform, built to transform how professional services teams deliver value in the AI-first era. While traditional PSAs focus on recording work, Rocketlane accelerates it through a connected system that unifies the entire front and back office. The platform brings together project delivery, resource management, time tracking, billing, and financial operations alongside collaboration capabilities such as Spaces, real-time chat, a modern client portal, Sheets for structured data, and a powerful Custom Apps framework that lets teams model any workflow inside Rocketlane. Everything lives in a single ecosystem, eliminating tool sprawl and fragmented data that slows down services teams. At the core of this is Nitro, Rocketlane's agentic execution layer: a network of intelligent AI agents that execute real delivery tasks, automate setup, manage workflows, detect risks, enforce governance, and continuously learn from patterns across the organization. This shift unlocks faster go-lives, better utilization, proactive issue detection, consistent delivery quality, and a level of operational resilience that was previously impossible. Over 650 companies, including Retool, Coursera, Postman, Intercom, Glean, AuditBoard, Vercel, Sprinklr, Worldpay, Grafana, OpenGov, and Outreach trust Rocketlane to run their mission-critical delivery processes. Customers across SaaS, services, and consulting use Rocketlane to shorten onboarding timelines, reduce escalations, improve forecasting accuracy, and accelerate moving from booked to consumed revenue. Founded in 2020, headquartered in the US, and operating globally with teams across India and the UK, Rocketlane is backed by leading investors, including Nexus Venture Partners and 8VC. The company’s rapid growth reflects strong market confidence in its category-defining vision for Agentic PSA.

## Rocketlane Reviews
 ### 1. The definitive "Nerve Center" for our project delivery and resource orchestration

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Pablo C. | CRM Solution Designer, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 12, 2026

**What do you like best about Rocketlane?**

Rocketlane’s most striking quality is its relentless development cycle. Over the past twelve months, improvements in resource allocation and intelligent automation have genuinely transformed our operational efficiency. It goes well beyond basic task management by giving us a high-level view of team bandwidth, which helps us proactively balance workloads and protect against employee burnout.

I’m also very impressed with how their analytics suite has evolved. We can now pull deep, actionable insights into execution timelines and overall project health directly within the platform. By removing the need for manual data exports, Rocketlane has become our definitive “single source of truth” for all client-facing engagements.

**What do you dislike about Rocketlane?**

Because the platform offers such deep configuration options, there’s an undeniable learning curve during the initial onboarding phase. It took our team several weeks of experimenting to dial in our standardized global templates. If you’re looking for a basic, “plug-and-play” checklist, the platform’s complexity can feel daunting at first—but the long-term ROI is significant once the system is fully calibrated to your workflow.

**What problems is Rocketlane solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Prior to adopting Rocketlane, our implementation process was siloed across scattered email threads, static spreadsheets, and a mix of internal tools. Rocketlane has effectively eliminated the “information vacuum” that so often plagues customer onboarding. By using its dedicated client portal and a strong ecosystem of integrations, we’ve removed nearly all friction in the handoff between Sales and Customer Success. Our clients now have full transparency throughout the project lifecycle, which has helped accelerate Time-to-Value (TTV) and meaningfully improve overall client sentiment.

 ### 2. End-to-End PSA with Real-Time Reporting, Customization, and Leading AI Automation

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Kristen R. | Sr. Manager, Professional Services Operations & Strategy, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 29, 2026

**What do you like best about Rocketlane?**

It’s a true end-to-end PSA tool that provides real-time reporting for PS leaders to run their business, while also being highly customizable to fit their specific business needs. Rocketlane is leading the way in automation and the use of AI to differentiate their product from competitors.

**What do you dislike about Rocketlane?**

Form filling cannot be made available to non-licensed users at the project level. This is a gap for our handoff process as we want everything living in Rocketlane for complete engagement visibility.

**What problems is Rocketlane solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Rocketlane allows our teams to collaborate with customers via the portal throughout our engagements. This is a huge benefit as we are able to have a single pane of glass for all documentation, task management, project management, and project updates. We are able to see exactly where our teams are spending time via the time entry categorization and the time sheet governance AI tool, leading to data driven decision making on how to refocus our teams time to align on strategic priorities.

 ### 3. romain

**Rating:** 3.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Romain M. | Implementation consultant, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 24, 2026

**What do you like best about Rocketlane?**

Rocketlane makes client onboarding much more structured and transparent. The ability to share a dedicated project portal with clients, track milestones collaboratively, and keep all communication in one place has significantly reduced back-and-forth emails. The task templates save a lot of setup time for recurring onboarding projects, and clients appreciate the visibility it gives them on progress.

**What do you dislike about Rocketlane?**

The initial setup and configuration can take some time, especially when customizing project templates to fit specific workflows. The reporting features could also be more flexible, as some advanced filtering options are missing. A steeper learning curve for new users who are not familiar with project management tools.

**What problems is Rocketlane solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Before using Rocketlane, client onboarding was managed through scattered emails and spreadsheets, making it difficult to track progress and keep all stakeholders aligned. Rocketlane centralizes the entire onboarding process in one place, giving both internal teams and clients real-time visibility on project status. This has reduced delays, improved accountability, and made handoffs between team members much smoother.

 ### 4. Transparent, User-Friendly Platform That Streamlines Onboarding and Ownership

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Aaditya N. | Lead Consultant, Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 03, 2026

**What do you like best about Rocketlane?**

Absolutely transparent and UI-friendly. It fills the gap perfectly between PMs, CS teams, and the client. It has definitely reduced onboarding times by about 15%. Ownership is also clearly defined, so everyone knows what’s assigned to them.

**What do you dislike about Rocketlane?**

The Mobile App isnt great, the UI and the general app could use a lot of work on the Mobile Platform. Timesheets should have a better integration with other tools like MS Outlook and MS Teams

**What problems is Rocketlane solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I am form the CS team, so Project Management is possibly my biggest annoying task. Rocketlane helps me prioritize and manage my various projects while keeping my clients in the loop as well so that they are not in the dark about what is going on. Helps me with time management as well and in understanding where most of my time is going. Plus if a particular implementation ask has already been done in two different ways somewhere else, the software lets me reconcile and come up with a combined better solution due to storage and accessibility

**Official Response from Krithika Anand:**

> Thank you, Aaditya! A 15% reduction in onboarding time with clients fully in the loop and ownership clearly defined across your CS projects is a meaningful, measurable outcome. We're glad the platform is delivering that for your team. On the mobile app experience and MS Outlook/Teams timesheet integration, those are specific gaps worth raising directly with your CSM. They can advise on what's currently available and make sure your feedback reaches the right channel. We're also at support@rocketlane.com anytime.

 ### 5. Purpose-Built Onboarding Platform That Unifies Collaboration and Visibility

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Joanna Y. | Customer Success Project Manager, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 28, 2026

**What do you like best about Rocketlane?**

What I like most about Rocketlane is how purpose-built it is for customer onboarding and implementation teams. It’s not just a project management tool. It brings together collaboration, visibility, and customer experience in one place, which makes it much more impactful for cross-functional teams.

**What do you dislike about Rocketlane?**

We’re experiencing a few hiccups with customizing the feedback form, along with some limitations in how it’s currently sent to customers.

**What problems is Rocketlane solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Rocketlane solves the challenge of managing customer onboarding and implementation in a structured, collaborative way. Instead of juggling multiple tools for project tracking, communication, and updates, everything is centralized in one platform.

This benefits me by giving clear visibility into project progress, improving coordination across teams, and ensuring customers stay informed and engaged throughout the process. It reduces manual follow-ups, minimizes miscommunication, and ultimately helps deliver a smoother, more predictable onboarding experience.

 ### 6. A Powerful Client-Facing Project Tool That's Easy to Actually Use

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Janae H. | Project manager, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 01, 2026

**What do you like best about Rocketlane?**

Rocketlane has been a great fit for our team because it's genuinely easy to set up and use — you don't need a ton of technical knowledge to get automations running, which means our team can actually maintain it ourselves. Having one platform for both our internal team and our clients has been huge. Clients are automatically reminded about their tasks, which has helped us streamline delivery without having to chase people down manually.
A few other things that have made a real difference: the chat feature integrates directly with our Slack channels, so client communication doesn't require jumping between tools. The client portal is customizable and looks really polished — it's a good reflection of our brand. Fields are easily editable right from the projects view without having to drill down, custom fields are simple to create, and revenue percentage is automatically calculated based on task completion milestones we set. The automations we've built have saved us meaningful time and given better visibility to other teams across the company.

**What do you dislike about Rocketlane?**

Since it's newer software, there are occasional unexplained glitches — fields won't sort, you refresh and it works fine, or there's a delay in the Slack integration. Minor, but noticeable. Some fields can only be edited in certain views, which isn't always intuitive. The custom reporting also has limitations — you can't combine a date field and a number field into a calculated formula the way you can in a Google Sheet, which limits what we can pull from it. And we haven't been able to sync tasks to Google Calendar, which would be useful for our team.

**What problems is Rocketlane solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Before Rocketlane, keeping clients informed and on track required a lot of manual effort — follow-ups, status updates, tracking down task completion across different tools. Rocketlane centralizes all of that. Our clients have visibility into their own projects, get automatic reminders on their tasks, and can communicate with us directly through a portal that feels professional and on-brand. Internally, our team has a single source of truth for project status, and the automations we've built have reduced repetitive work and improved cross-team visibility. It's made our delivery process more consistent and a lot easier to scale.

**Official Response from Krithika Anand:**

> Thank you, Janae! Having your team own automations without needing technical support is exactly the kind of independence Rocketlane is built to enable, glad that's working well for you. Your feedback on calculated formulas combining date and number fields, and Google Calendar task sync, is specific and useful. These aren't available today, but your CSM is the right person to capture those requests and advise on any workarounds available in the meantime. Reach out at support@rocketlane.com if anything else comes up.

 ### 7. Simple and effective for managing client onboarding projects

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Ioan F. | Software implementation specialist, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** March 11, 2026

**What do you like best about Rocketlane?**

I mainly use Rocketlane to manage client onboarding projects and coordinate tasks between internal teams and customers. What I like most, is the ability to create projects, assign tasks to team members and track progress in one place. It helps keep everyone aligned on what needs to be completed and by when.

Its built-in client collaboration features are also very helpful. Being able to communicate with customers directly within the platform during onboarding projects helps avoid long email threads and keep conversations tied to the specific project tasks.

One other thing that I appreciate, is how easy it was to start using Rocketlane. It has an intuitive interface, and I was able to quickly understand how to use it. Projects, tasks and client communications are very easy to find, and you do not need much training to understand how to use these features.

**What do you dislike about Rocketlane?**

One limitation I noticed, is that it can be difficult to quickly navigate or switch between multiple projects in the same time. When working on several onboarding projects, I often need to open one project, check or update a task, and then move to another project. Currently, this requires closing the current project and navigating to the next one, which can slow things down a bit. Having an easier way to keep multiple projects open or switch between them would improve the workflow.

**What problems is Rocketlane solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Rocketlane helps me organize and track client onboarding projects more efficiently. Instead of managing tasks through separate tools or email threads, I can create structured project plans, assign responsibilities and monitor progress in one place. It also improves communication with both internal teams and customers, since conversations and updates happen directly within the project. This makes onboarding more transparent for clients, and helps ensure tasks are completed on time.

**Official Response from Akshaya Nagarajan:**

> Thank you for taking the time to share such a detailed and thoughtful review. We are glad to hear that Rocketlane is helping you effectively manage client onboarding projects, keep teams aligned, and streamline communication with both internal stakeholders and customers.

We also appreciate your feedback on navigating between multiple projects. We have been continuously enhancing the experience to make navigation smoother and more efficient across projects.

Features like improved project views and navigation patterns are designed to help reduce friction, and you can explore some of these capabilities on the attached link.

Thanks again for your valuable feedback. It plays an important role in helping us improve Rocketlane for teams like yours.

 ### 8. Streamlined Project Management with Impressive Collaboration Too

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Alexandra Z. | Software Implementation Specialist, Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** September 03, 2024

**What do you like best about Rocketlane?**

Rocketlane continues to stand out because of how easy the platform is to use, even as new features are introduced. The overall user experience feels very intuitive, which makes it simple for teams to adopt and manage projects without a steep learning curve. I especially like the recent updates and improvements to the interface. The new layout view is a big improvement—it brings together text, tasks, and key project details in a way that feels much more organized and easier to navigate.

The menu options are also clearer and more streamlined, which helps reduce the time spent searching for features or switching between sections. Having tasks and written updates integrated into the same view makes collaboration smoother and keeps project communication in one place. Overall, the platform continues to improve while still maintaining the simplicity and efficiency that make it easy to manage projects day to day.

**What do you dislike about Rocketlane?**

Rocketlane has been improving a lot, but there are a couple of areas that could make the platform even better.

First, adding a Dark Mode option for the layout would be extremely helpful. Many of us working in web design and development spend long hours looking at screens, and the current bright white interface can make it harder to focus on details. A dark mode would reduce eye strain and make it easier to review content, layouts, and tasks for extended periods of time.

Another improvement would be in the tagging system for clients or team members. Currently, you often need to know the first letter or part of a person's name to tag them, which can become confusing when there are many clients or collaborators involved in a project. Previously, when typing the @ symbol, the system would show a list of everyone involved in the project, which made tagging much faster and more efficient. Bringing back that option—where all project members appear when typing @—would greatly improve usability and communication within projects.

These small changes would make an already strong platform even more efficient for teams managing multiple clients and projects.

**What problems is Rocketlane solving and how is that benefiting you?**

My overall experience with Rocketlane has been very positive. It’s a solid platform that keeps teams aligned and projects on track, especially in customer onboarding or service delivery scenarios. With a few interface refinements and expanded mobile support, it could easily become the go-to solution for any organization managing complex projects or client implementations

**Official Response from Akshaya Nagarajan:**

> Hi Alexandra,

Akshaya here, and I work closely with our customer community to ensure your experience with Rocketlane is both impactful and continuously evolving with your needs.

Thank you so much for the thoughtful review! It’s great to hear how Rocketlane has helped streamline your onboarding and project management efforts, especially in client-facing scenarios where transparency and collaboration are so critical.

Appreciate your honest feedback on the initial learning curve, template setup, and mobile experience. These are areas we’re actively looking to refine, and your input helps us shape those improvements.

If you want to explore tips to make workflows smoother, feel free to reach out to your CSM or I’d be happy to connect you with our team directly.

Thanks again for being part of the Rocketlane journey! 🚀

 ### 9. The ultimate 'Command Center' for our delivery and resource planning

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Pablo C. | CRM Solution Designer, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** March 06, 2026

**What do you like best about Rocketlane?**

The most impressive thing about Rocketlane is its rapid pace of innovation. Over the last year, the improvements in resource management and automated workflows have been game-changers for our team. It doesn't just track tasks; it actually helps us visualize team capacity and prevent burnout.

I also love how much the reporting has matured. We can now pull granular insights into our delivery timelines and project health without having to export everything to a spreadsheet. It’s truly a "source of truth" for our customer-facing projects.

**What do you dislike about Rocketlane?**

While the platform is incredibly powerful, the sheer amount of customization available means there is a bit of a steep learning curve at the start. It took our team a few weeks to really nail down our global templates. If you’re looking for a simple 'out of the box' task list, this might feel like overkill initially, but the effort pays off once you’re fully set up.

**What problems is Rocketlane solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Before Rocketlane, our onboarding process was fragmented across emails, spreadsheets, and various PM tools. Rocketlane solved the "black box" problem of customer onboarding.

By using their customer portal and native integrations, we’ve significantly reduced the friction between our sales-to-CS handoffs. Our customers now have a transparent view of the project journey, which has directly improved our Time-to-Value (TTV) and overall client satisfaction.

**Official Response from Akshaya Nagarajan:**

> Thank you for sharing such a detailed and thoughtful review. We are delighted to hear that Rocketlane has become a true command center for your delivery and resource planning.

It is especially great to know that improvements in resource management, automated workflows, and reporting are helping your team better visualize capacity, prevent burnout, and gain deeper insights into project health.

We also appreciate your candid feedback on the initial learning curve. With the level of flexibility and customization Rocketlane offers, getting everything set up just right can take some time.

To make this easier, we have made continuous enhancements to onboarding, templates, and overall usability so teams can get up to speed faster.

We also have a dedicated knowledge article hub to help users get started with Rocketlane. Link is attached.

Thanks again for your valuable feedback and continued partnership.

 ### 10. So far so good

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Yaswanth S. | Senior Implementation Manager, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** November 14, 2023

**What do you like best about Rocketlane?**

MoEngage’s PS team can build reusable project templates for different customer segments ( SMB, mid-market, enterprise). Clients get a single, transparent view of timelines, milestones, tasks, owners, and status. Assigning tasks with deadlines inside Rocketlane creates clear ownership, both internally and externally. PS managers can monitor project progress, delays, and risks in real-time.

**What do you dislike about Rocketlane?**

The Issue: Rocketlane’s automated notification system can be "noisy." In a complex project with dozens of daily task updates, stakeholders often suffer from notification fatigue, causing them to miss truly critical alerts.

**What problems is Rocketlane solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Problems -
1. Project tracking - Helps trakcing each project effectively
2. Individual effort tracking on the project - Timesheets
3. Project plan - Detailing on every task
4. Timeline management
5. Taks assignment

**Official Response from Krithika Anand:**

> Hello Yaswanth,

Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback with us. We are glad to hear that Rocketlane is helping you track project status, monitor project health, and manage timelines, tasks, and timesheets more effectively. It is also great to know that the visual project experience stands out for you compared to other tracking platforms.

We appreciate you pointing out the slower page loading and the delay in edits reflecting while updating projects. Thank you for bringing this to our attention. Your feedback is valuable, and we will share it with our product and engineering teams to review and continue improving the experience.

Thanks again for sharing your experience with Rocketlane.

 ### 11. Efficient Project Management with Stellar Salesforce Integration

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Paul T. | T, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 05, 2026

**What do you like best about Rocketlane?**

I like the UI overall, but I specifically love the project view and custom fields, allowing me to see what we've sold and where progress is up to for each project. The project view lets me see all of the services products we've sold, grouped by region and customer, and provides a sense of where we're at with delivery. The automation with Salesforce is key here for keeping on top of what we've sold. The initial setup of Rocketlane was pretty easy, with the team being really good at working with us and navigating our quirky requirements.

**What do you dislike about Rocketlane?**

The reporting functionality isn't great. It's a little clunky and hard to get reports that can be formatted in a way that makes it easier to share.

**What problems is Rocketlane solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use Rocketlane to resource our team for pre-sales and track service delivery. It helps monitor time and resources, billable utilization, and manage what services are sold and delivered. Reporting progress to GTM leaders is streamlined, ensuring they understand our deployment.

 ### 12. Intuitive UI, Time-Saving Salesforce Integration, and Strong Onboarding

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Legal Services | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 24, 2026

**What do you like best about Rocketlane?**

UI: The UI is easy to navigate, and it’s clear where actions are located. It’s intuitive in many ways and not overwhelming. We appreciate the ability to create custom Customer Profile templates, project templates, reporting templates, etc.

Integrations: The integration with Salesforce has saved our team a lot of time and significantly improved our workflows. We now have a clearer process for creating new projects because we can directly link them to Salesforce opportunities.

Performance: Performance is acceptable overall. There is a minor lag to be aware of when making updates to project plans, spaces, and sheets. Once you know to expect it, you can simply wait a few seconds before refreshing the page to see the updates you’ve made.

Onboarding: Onboarding was great, and we received the level of support we needed from Rocketlane. We had workshops to walk through the configurations, and then we independently configured what we wanted.

Knowledge base: In production, access to chat support and the knowledge base has been critical to our continued learning. It’s easy to find an answer or ask Rocketlane chat to help find a solution. They also offer webinars that give customers the opportunity to learn more together. The webinars are collaborative and helpful.

**What do you dislike about Rocketlane?**

UI: There are improvements to be made to the customer profile view. We frequently receive feedback from customers about the need to better leverage the full width of the screen, which would reduce how much they have to scroll. Some views, such as the Gantt view, also don’t show the entire timeline without requiring left-to-right scrolling. It would be more beneficial to see critical details at a glance without having to scroll horizontally. Additionally, a table of contents on the side would help users quickly jump to a section on a page rather than scrolling up and down.

Performance: Performance is acceptable overall. There is a minor lag to be aware of when making updates to project plans, spaces, and sheets. Once you know to expect it, you can simply wait a few seconds before refreshing the page to see the updates you’ve made.

Support: The one time we had to submit a support ticket, it was neglected and we did not receive clear steps for resolution. The ticket is still open, and it’s been one month since we reported the bug in the list view. Although we’ve asked multiple times, we haven’t been given a clear date for resolution or even a date for an update. We often get a “we will let you know as soon as we can,” but then weeks pass and we, as the customer, have to proactively ask Rocketlane Support for an update. Again, this is only one ticket we’ve opened, but it’s not the best look so far.

**What problems is Rocketlane solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Problem: In Monday.com, we didn’t have the ability to create and use templates the way we needed. They weren’t customizable enough, and we still had to keep critical information in other systems.

Rocketlane Solution: We were able to customize templates to better match the complexity of our business. We also moved information that previously lived in other systems into Rocketlane Spaces, giving us a more centralized solution.

Problem: Our customers complained that they couldn’t edit the views in Monday.com.

Rocketlane Solution: We created Customer Profiles that highlight the information that matters most to our customers and also give them the ability to edit project information. Customers can provide approvals, complete tasks, fill out requirement questions in Spaces, and log issues in a Sheet Issue log.

Problem: We were creating projects without a completed Sales Opportunity, and it was difficult to link the correct sales opp to a project.

Rocketlane Solution: With the Salesforce integration, projects are now created only after a sales opportunity is completed. This has helped us clearly tie projects to accounts and ARR, and it has created a cleaner financial path.

 ### 13. Great for Management, an uphill path for Basic Task Management

**Rating:** 3.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Computer Software | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 24, 2026

**What do you like best about Rocketlane?**

What I like most about Rocketlane is the holistic view it provides—an overall, consolidated view of all the different projects currently running within an organization. It also highlights items that need urgent attention and clearly shows what’s overdue, which I find really helpful.
We are yet to onboard our client with Rocketlane so Ill reserve the reivew on that.

**What do you dislike about Rocketlane?**

When it comes to tasks, I think they need to be presented in a better layout so they’re easier to view and to look up. Right now, you can’t search for a particular task, and the swim lanes aren’t very intuitive to use.

We switched over from Jira, and for things we could do directly in Jira, we’re finding Rocketlane much more limiting. Overall, it hasn’t been as frictionless as I’d hoped, and I’m not sure Rocketlane is a better fit for how we manage tasks—at least not yet. I’m hoping it gets better in that dimension.

The initial setup was also a bit complex. We had to migrate tasks from Jira using Excel uploads, and even now not everything is fully complete. Some items are still incorrectly showing as open within Rocketlane.

It would also be great if the UI updated dynamically, without needing to reload the page to see changes within a sprint.

**What problems is Rocketlane solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Rocketlane helps with time tracking, making it easy to create tasks and record time against them, and offers visibility on project level globally.
Its also meant to provide the visibility to customers, but since we onboarded RocketLane recently, we are still working on that.

 ### 14. Streamlined Customer Project Management with Flexible Integrations

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Omer J. | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 24, 2026

**What do you like best about Rocketlane?**

I love how Rocketlane creates a seamless process for my team, aligning everyone on the mission and tasks, and it allows customers to track project tasks easily. It's also super easy to provide internal and external project updates, and notify about delays or issues. The process is simple and straightforward, and the integration with SFDC works very well. We've integrated SFDC with Rocketlane, so every new account automatically creates a new project, which speeds up the process and helps me stay on top of everything. Rocketlane is more project management-oriented, more flexible, and allows sharing projects with customers along the way. The initial setup was relatively easy.

**What do you dislike about Rocketlane?**

The SFDC integration is nice, but I wish it offered better bi-directional details, especially for account updates from SFDC to Rocketlane. Also, there's no easy way to generate a new project from the UI triggered by specific events, like creating a follow-up project after a year of customer implementation. The Slack integration isn't up to par either, as I'd like project updates sent to Slack fully so all team members can read the messages entirely. We've had to create a workaround using AI tools.

**What problems is Rocketlane solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Rocketlane creates a seamless process, aligns my team on missions and tasks, and allows customers to track project tasks. It's easy to provide updates and notify delays. The integration with SFDC automates project creation, saving time and keeping me organized.

 ### 15. Effortless Time Management with User-Friendly Interface

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Hemal S. | Legal Associate, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 23, 2026

**What do you like best about Rocketlane?**

I have mainly been using Rocketlane for Timesheet purposes, and the experience is very straightforward and easy. I appreciate that the layout is very clear, so I don't have to figure things out every time I use it, which is handy when I'm running on deadlines and need to fill the timesheet on time every Friday. The process is simple and doesn't take much time, which is especially helpful on busy days. Since I work on two projects simultaneously, I like that I can easily select my project name and log hours. Essentially, the interface is user-friendly. Setting up Rocketlane was also very simple because my company had already set up my login, making it very easy for me.

**What do you dislike about Rocketlane?**

You can add more options into 'Non Project Activity'. For example, if I am doing my mandatory trainings which are quite long and take up the entire day, I need to have a special mention of this activity. I would like to add 'Mandatory Trainings' into the Non Project Activity section.

**What problems is Rocketlane solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Rocketlane's straightforward interface saves me time, especially when on a deadline, by making timesheet filling fast and easy while managing multiple projects.

 ### 16. Intuitive PSA That Streamlines Projects, Resourcing and Timesheets resulting in efficient Delivery

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Information Technology and Services | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 23, 2026

**What do you like best about Rocketlane?**

Rocketlane has been a strong fit for our team’s professional services automation needs. It streamlines the entire lifecycle—from setting up projects and building detailed project plans to efficiently resourcing delivery engineers and managers across timelines and phases. This end-to-end visibility makes planning and execution much more structured and predictable.

The timesheet functionality is especially valuable, as it enables engineers to log their hours seamlessly. This not only ensures accurate effort tracking but also directly supports reliable revenue recognition, which is critical for our operations.

Integrations have also been a highlight. With tools like Fivetran, we’re able to export Rocketlane data into Snowflake, allowing us to build deeper reporting and analytics on top of our project and financial data.

On top of that, Rocketlane’s UI/UX is clean and intuitive. It doesn’t require much technical expertise to get started, making it accessible and easy to use for both technical and non-technical team members. This ease of adoption has helped drive consistent usage across the team.

**What do you dislike about Rocketlane?**

Rocketlane is a relatively new platform and continues to evolve, which shows in some occasional rough edges. There are intermittent glitches or unexplained issues that sometimes require a hard refresh to resolve. While these instances can momentarily disrupt the workflow, they haven’t been a major or persistent concern overall.

On the positive side, the Rocketlane onboarding and support teams are highly responsive and proactive. They’re quick to acknowledge queries, provide clear resolution steps, and actively collaborate with their product and engineering teams to address issues and roll out fixes. This level of support helps offset the minor usability hiccups and builds confidence in the platform’s ongoing improvement.

**What problems is Rocketlane solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Rocketlane enables us to manage projects, delivery workflows, resourcing, and timesheet-based effort tracking seamlessly across a large number of engagements. It brings structure and consistency to how we plan, execute, and monitor work, making it much easier to coordinate across teams and geographies.

By centralizing these core functions in one platform, Rocketlane significantly streamlines our professional services operations for a global delivery organization. It improves visibility into project health, optimizes resource utilization, and ensures accurate effort reporting—ultimately helping us operate more efficiently and at scale.

 ### 17. Keeps Projects Organised Despite Occasional Glitches

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Samy M. | Implementation Analyst, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** February 25, 2026

**What do you like best about Rocketlane?**

I use Rocketlane for project management. I like that it allows me to keep everything nice and organized and track all the tasks I need to do for every type of project. I really like the user interface. The spaces feature is something I appreciate because it lets me embed different files like Google Docs, keeping all of my notes organized for one project.

**What do you dislike about Rocketlane?**

Sometimes the software is a little buggy. You have to refresh a couple times for updates to show. The UI, as nice as it is, it does look a little outdated as well.

**What problems is Rocketlane solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Rocketlane allows me to keep everything organized and track all the tasks I need for every type of project.

**Official Response from Akshaya Nagarajan:**

> Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. We are glad to hear that you find value in Rocketlane’s project layout and views, and that it is helping you easily track your projects and their statuses.

We appreciate you letting us know about your experience with the UI and occasional bugs. We have made continuous enhancements to improve the interface and overall product stability, and we are committed to making the experience more seamless and intuitive.

It is also great to hear that our support team has been responsive and helpful when needed. If you ever run into any issues or have further feedback, please feel free to reach out to your Customer Success Manager at any time.

Thanks again for your valuable input.

 ### 18. The best PS and CSP tool in the market.

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Rahul S. | Senior Manager - Operations, Information Technology and Services, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 22, 2023

**What do you like best about Rocketlane?**

The new slew of features including the RBAC, sprint planning, integrations, project updates, sheets features are nothing short of revolutionary. Now the teams can spend their entire time within Rocket and do not need to look at anything outside.

**What do you dislike about Rocketlane?**

One of the features that we are really looking forward to is the time entries being marked as billable/non-billable directly after choosing the category. This would really help prevent the incorrect time entries on the instance being used by multiple teams.

**What problems is Rocketlane solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Rocketlane is brilliantly helping us with being a CS tool as well as a project management tool, thereby, helping us in using one single tool instead of two.
The Kan-ban project view and project fields feature help us a lot in customizing our solution for project management as well as task management.

**Official Response from Akshaya Nagarajan:**

> Thank you for taking the time to share such an insightful review. We are thrilled to hear that you are finding value in the recent features like RBAC, sprint planning, integrations, project updates, and sheets.

We also appreciate your feedback on marking time entries as billable or non-billable based on category. That is a valuable suggestion, especially for teams managing shared workspaces, and we understand how it can help improve accuracy. We have been continuously enhancing time tracking and related workflows to make them more flexible and reliable. You can explore how time tracking and categorization works here on the attached link.

It is great to hear that Rocketlane is effectively serving both as a CS and project management tool for your team, and that features like Kanban view and project fields are helping you tailor workflows to your needs.

Thanks again for your thoughtful feedback and continued partnership.

 ### 19. Streamlined Onboarding with Visibility

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Nabhey S. | Product Analyst, Marketing and Advertising, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 03, 2026

**What do you like best about Rocketlane?**

I like that I can make a project public anytime for a client's visibility and add clients to the platform for tracking purposes. Since switching to Rocketlane from Google Sheets, it has been great to just create a project, import templates, and make the project visible to client stakeholders with a click. It helps everyone have the visibility they need and lets me see exactly where we are with progress.

**What do you dislike about Rocketlane?**

Rocketlane doesn't have good connectors option, so my internal team (Tech) uses Notion for tasks and if I want to add a task for my internal team it is not very easy, I have to create duplicate tasks here and internally.

**What problems is Rocketlane solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Rocketlane solves tracking activities and sharing progress with clients. It allows me to make projects visible to client stakeholders with just a click, improving transparency and understanding of our progress.

 ### 20. Keeps Projects on Track with Ease and Customization

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Matt D. | Program Manager, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 15, 2026

**What do you like best about Rocketlane?**

I like Rocketlane for its ease of use and functionality, which helps keep projects on track and ensures nothing is forgotten. The customization of tasks is great, and the platform allows me to share and chat with customers and internal staff, keeping communication effective and projects moving smoothly. This also helps me stay on top of things and complete tasks faster, making small mistakes less common. I appreciate the ability to stay actively engaged in every project, as well as the support from the Rocketlane team during our transition.

**What do you dislike about Rocketlane?**

Times, there may be a slowest issue, but that's like many apps out there. This is nothing too specific to them.

**What problems is Rocketlane solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Rocketlane helps keep projects on time, ensures critical milestones aren't missed, allows task assignment to the right people, and enables customers to track project progress. It facilitates communication with clients, aids in task customization, and keeps project information from being forgotten.

 ### 21. Streamlined Client Project Management in One System

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Rachel O. | Manager of Client Operations, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 07, 2026

**What do you like best about Rocketlane?**

It has made our client project management much smoother than with our previous systems. It’s helped us consolidate our PMS into a single system for task tracking, time tracking, and even revenue tracking, instead of relying on the 3–4 different systems we used before.

**What do you dislike about Rocketlane?**

The tool became popular quickly, and you can tell by how fast they implement changes. Sometimes it feels like they don’t do much testing before deploying updates, which can cause delays. Thankfully, their support team is quick to jump in and help troubleshoot when things aren’t clear.

**What problems is Rocketlane solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Reducing the number of systems we are using, which reduces business costs. A better place to track time and tasks in one spot.

 ### 22. User-Friendly with Room for Analytical Growth

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** priyanka S. | Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 09, 2026

**What do you like best about Rocketlane?**

I find Rocketlane to be very structured in tracking time and efforts, which complements the working utilization data I capture within Sprinklr. It makes it easier to see how my time is spread across different customers and projects, and helps me understand my engagement efforts at a high level. I also appreciate Rocketlane's dedicated project section that allows me to input the number of hours invested into each project and add my notes. It's intuitive and user-friendly, much more so than Salesforce, which is why my team switched to it. Despite the initial training, it is easy to use, with even basic one-pager details being enough to understand it.

**What do you dislike about Rocketlane?**

I feel Rocketlane is more manual compared to any dedicated utilization tools. Sometimes it's also less insightful when it comes to detailed effort analysis. For example, there are times where I have to do enhanced reporting on utilization trends, real-time capacity insights, and to see at the end of the month how much of my time is left with each customer. The reporting and analytics capabilities of Rocketlane are not full-fledged and not very insightful. So, I sometimes have to use Excel to customize my utilization and create tailored reports for my leadership.

**What problems is Rocketlane solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use Rocketlane to track project timelines, tasks, and delivery progress. It allows me to log time, track efforts, and provide detailed notes to managers. I can manage my engagement effort clearly across projects, enhancing visibility into how my time is distributed.

 ### 23. Easy to Use, Great Collaboration, and Smooth Salesforce Integration

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Information Technology and Services | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 07, 2026

**What do you like best about Rocketlane?**

I like the user experience: it's easy to use and add collaborators for my projects. It takes very little time to update working hours. It smoothly connects to Salesforce and gets project data once the partnership goes live.

**What do you dislike about Rocketlane?**

We’ve had an internal discussion about potentially splitting a project between two teams or creating two projects for the same client just because two teams are contributing separately. This usually comes up when the budget is divided and the teams don’t want to share their budgets in the same proportion. Overall, this isn’t a standard use case for our organization or for Rocketlane’s intended purpose, so I don’t see it as a drawback.

On the calendar side, the integration and having all events reflected in Rocketlane felt fairly time-consuming, mainly because each event needs to be connected to the relevant project in Rocketlane. I’d rather select projects manually and allocate hours directly, even though I understand that approach isn’t 100% precise.

**What problems is Rocketlane solving and how is that benefiting you?**

This helps me understand how much time my team is putting into each project, which supports project pricing decisions and overall decision-making. It also makes it easier to decide which projects we should take on or decline based on their margins.

 ### 24. Rocketlane Makes Timesheets Fast and Easy with Teams Calendar Integration

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Kari B. | Service Operations Manager, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 09, 2026

**What do you like best about Rocketlane?**

Using Rocketlane has reduced the time I spend on timesheet submissions each week. The product is easy to use, and its multiple functions make it simple to submit my timesheet and integrate with my Teams calendar.

**What do you dislike about Rocketlane?**

I haven’t personally encountered any drawbacks with this product. Overall, its performance and ease of use are well above any previous tools we’ve used for this purpose.

**What problems is Rocketlane solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I’m seeing better time-management data for projects, and more teams are using the timesheet functionality than before. Previously, some teams weren’t using our tools for this purpose because the earlier tool was difficult to understand. Rocketlane is so user-friendly that more team members are now using it.

 ### 25. User-Friendly Project Management with Minor Mobile App Constraints

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Jordan G. | Professional Services Consultant, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 08, 2026

**What do you like best about Rocketlane?**

I like that Rocketlane is pretty friendly and simple to use. I love that I can use the mobile app and have my templates for all of my different types of projects. It's great to be able to just get in there and modify things like dates, tasks, and milestones. What I've loved the most is that Rocketlane is pretty user-friendly.

**What do you dislike about Rocketlane?**

Sometimes, when I'm doing my timesheets, there's no way for me to expand the name of the project, so I have to try to figure out what the name of the project is because all of my projects are named similarly. On the mobile app, they all show up cutoff, so I cannot confirm which project I'm choosing my time sheets for. I would say that's the only thing.

**What problems is Rocketlane solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use Rocketlane to manage my project plans, track overall project status, and handle timesheets efficiently.

 ### 26. Smooth, User-Friendly Timesheets with Easy Multi-Project Tracking

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** pratik m. | Senior Software Engineer, Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 01, 2026

**What do you like best about Rocketlane?**

It works smoothly and is very user-friendly.
It also helps prevent data loss in the current session, even when I go back to earlier timesheet records.
Adding timesheets for multiple projects is easy, and the email reminders help me submit on time.

**What do you dislike about Rocketlane?**

very rarely while submitting timesheet it gets stuck which can have a scope to improve

**What problems is Rocketlane solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It helps me submit my timesheet on time. It also helps me analyze productivity and review work reports more clearly. It has helped me log hours for each task in a timely way and better understand any additional effort being made. It also helps me review each employee’s efforts more clearly and accurately.

**Official Response from Krithika Anand:**

> Thank you, Pratik! Really good to hear that multi-project time logging and the email reminders have been keeping submissions on track for you. The occasional freeze during submission isn't behavior we'd expect our Time Tracking help article (linked below) covers some common setup considerations, and if the issue recurs, your CSM or support@rocketlane.com can look into what's happening on your account specifically. We want timesheet submission to be reliable every time, and we'll make sure it gets properly investigated if it comes up again.

**What do you dislike about Rocketlane?**

At the moment, I cannot think of anything.

**What problems is Rocketlane solving and how is that benefiting you?**

RocketLane makes it easier for me to keep track of ongoing projects via ease of filtering as well as the ability to keep all communication within the platform. Project Updates enables me to keep track of larger updates and the chat makes it easy for the customer to communicate if they need something. The fact that I can integrate it with my Slack to ensure I receive all notifications and tweak what notifications I want to see is great as well. I can brag about it all day!

**Official Response from Akshaya Nagarajan:**

> Thank you for sharing a great review. We are thrilled to hear that you are enjoying the new interface and finding it clean and easy to use. It is great to know that features like AI Fills, Gong integration, and Slack notifications are adding value to your workflow.

It is always rewarding to hear how these capabilities are making collaboration smoother for you and your customers.

The entries of the time used for each client are also very useful. Moreover, Rocketlane is very easy to use, which makes my time management easier.

The reports and dashboards allowing for monthly performance visualization need to be developed. It is not clear how to have accurate reports and dashboards on monthly and annual billing targets.

I use Rocketlane for time management and to visualize the organization of my time. It gives me good visibility on billing and allows me to be clear about the details of each entry.

Rocketlane is making cross-functional collaboration easier and smoother. With the ability to communicate with customers in real time, this ensures a good customer experience and productive sprints within the organization.

 ### 31. Modern UI, But Support and Usability Quirks Hold Rocketlane Back

**Rating:** 3.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Computer Software | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 15, 2026

**What do you like best about Rocketlane?**

The interface looks nice and modern. Many items are laid out in a logical manner which can make navigation a little easier for new users.

**What do you dislike about Rocketlane?**

I’ve found the support experience can be frustrating. There are a number of UI quirks that don’t feel logical or intuitive.

When I raise these concerns, they don’t seem very receptive and instead respond with some version of “that’s just how the program works.” That’s discouraging, because the issues I’ve escalated are genuine pain points that negatively affect usability and make Rocketlane harder to use.

**What problems is Rocketlane solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Rocketlane allows us to track our projects and their progress all in one platform. Instead of having to check multiple places for notes, updates, files, and other details, it provides a centralized space to keep everything together.

 ### 32. A Flexible Platform for Customer-Facing Project Delivery

**What do you dislike about Rocketlane?**

Some areas still feel like they need more maturity, especially around deeper reporting, admin controls, and certain automation behaviors. As you scale usage across teams, small gaps can create extra manual work or require workarounds.

**What problems is Rocketlane solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Rocketlane helps us standardize how we manage customer-facing projects from kickoff through go-live. It gives our internal teams and customers a shared view of project status, milestones, tasks, and ownership, which cuts down on confusion and keeps work moving.

The spotlight feature is useful for calling out risk and getting attention without having to follow up with task owners, since I can just tag them in Rocketlane itself. I also found the initial setup to be very easy.

**What do you like best about Rocketlane?**

Integration with Salesforce to create projects in Rocketlane. Easy use of templatized projects. Excellent Customer Support. Excellent implementation support

**What do you dislike about Rocketlane?**

Navigation: ie: Cannot set default home page at Projects or click 'back' in browser to get back to prior view of Projects with whatever search I just performed. I always have to click on Project icon again to get there and have to re enter my search criteria

**What problems is Rocketlane solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Automation of Services requests, tracking of presales services workflows. Hoping to see results of hours tracking as more projects are completed

**Official Response from Krithika Anand:**

> Thank you, Gretchen! The Salesforce integration and templated project workflows being smooth is great to hear, those are two of the higher-impact ways teams get traction early on. Your feedback on the default home page and browser back navigation not preserving your search state is specific and useful. Those aren't available today, but your CSM is the right person to capture that and advise on any workarounds that might help your current workflow. Reach out at support@rocketlane.com for anything else.

 ### 37. Effortless Team Management with Minimalist Design

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

I also enjoy the minimalism aspect for PSA management, which is critical for my needs.

 ### 38. all-in-one platform has everything you need

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Prithvin R. | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** March 28, 2023

**What do you like best about Rocketlane?**

The dashboard which sums up all the different metrics, is very intuitive. However, I still do believe if there were insights or toggles over every field out there so that I can navigate easily.

**What do you dislike about Rocketlane?**

I'd like some AI specific features which helps me retrieve the info i need. Especially, I need to take a look at the "IC notes" (a field) in a specific project to get context on what happened in.a project, It'd be nice if I have an easier way to get it.
