If you love experimenting on the creative front, then this is just the tool made for you. **What do you dislike about Rocketium?** Rocketium's major USP was easing the marketing team's task, but the designer is still required to design a template, and marketing or any other team only has the liberty to change texts. We have a dedicated slack channel for resolving any blockers but Rocketium support team is not very prompt with dispute resolution. **What problems is Rocketium solving and how is that benefiting you?** Rocketium helps us by providing all the creative dimensions required for UAC and Facebook ads. We implemented using the API with our website, it was easy to use and the results are fantastic. Working with the team to create templates for our product is as simple as sending them an email with the "scenes" and them putting together the JASON file for us. The support is fantastic and always timely. **What do you dislike about Rocketium?** I have no complaints about the product. We have opening and closing scenes, along with transitions between the video segments. We would not be able to manually do this because of the number of daily edits that normally would have to be done manually. With an easy to use API, along with the support from Rocketium we are able to process our files with great success. I love being able to add voice to videos is also a great feature. I also really like how they focus on adding video templates for different industries and occasions. Rocketium simplifies the making of promotional videos, allowing movies like the ability to create quality products. It is, literally, a drag-and-drop operation of photos or videos, along with the writing of a desired message or title. It offers the possibility of using a premeditated template or designing your own content. **What do you dislike about Rocketium?** It has been difficult for me to customize anything. You have to try and make mistakes if you need to move a text box, for example. These are great for when you're out, quick things, but for more options, this is not the tool. I think there could be some improvements in the user interface and the user experience, and better videos can be added to the library compared to the competition.
