Customization of templates and ability to work directly within Microsoft Word while leveraging the tool. **What do you dislike about RocketDocs?** System is comprehensive and customizeable; as such, the learning curve can be intimidating for new users who are expecting an simple cloud-based user interface (however, these more simple interfaces have shown downsides in my option). **What problems is RocketDocs solving and how is that benefiting you?** The main value we have uncovered with RocketDocs is the CRM integration that is customizeable based on how the CRM entry is entered. This has reduced the amount of guesswork, re-work and double data entry which is very valuable for high-volume, quick-turnaround proposals that we deal with. RocketDocs has developed various improvements to the product based on our suggestions such as changes to the library search/preview so that we can easily view graphics related content. Another example is fixes so that we can use shapes/graphics in Word Documents that get published. They are currently working on a "quick launch" feature so that we can quickly publish elements of a project that use project variables (CRM fields) without publishing the entire project.
