What do you like best about Kaseya MDR (formerly RocketCyber)?

We ran into an issue where a customer had active threats hitting their servers and RocketCyber called and began to cut network access to that server, and allowing us to mitigate before bringing it back online. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Haven't really found nay. There is the occasional false positive, but these days I'd rather have a security systm "err on the side of caution" so to speak. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
