Whenever there is an event, for example an account on a file server is added to an administrative group. Rocket Cyber calls within 5 minutes. This is just one of the examples of their response time. There are many others. However, the best thing about Rocket Cyber and Kaseya in general is our account manager Max Chirinos. He set us up on RC and is our go to guy on all Kaseya products. The direct integration with AntiVirus applications, 365, Azure, and other Datto/Kaseya products gives you a single pane of glass to review all of your clients daily in a matter of minutes.
